Location is great but the hotel is old

I got the two twin beds which was not I booked on line, they finally agreed to change
U had a dinner at the restaurant which was bad and expensive .

Pros:

Staff did a nice job of cleaning. Close to Gateway of India, museums, shopping and good restaurants. Staff usually helpful.
Breakfast in restaurant good.

Cons:

Noise was a problem in our room with people next door. Other friends in the hotel said their room was noisy.
Lights in our room randomly turned on in the night.

One Night to Remember
Pros:

Unassumingly neat & clean hotel. Lovely breakfast. Location is very good in a quite by lane and near the Gateway of India.

Cons:

Wising that the bathroom was a little bigger.

Excellent
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Only little difficulty we faced were the Wifi can be accessed only in certain parts of the room.

A very clean and peaceful hotel in Mumbai
Pros:

I loved that coming back to the room felt like a clean and peaceful respite from the busy city of Mumbai. I liked the level of cleanliness and how helpful the front desk staff was.

Cons:

The overall design of the hotel could have been much better. However, this doesn't affect the quality of the hospitality. I also was disappointed that the room's window was blocked and so I didn't have any view.

If you want to sleep in a hotel don t come here in weekends!
Pros:

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The location Just next to the gate of India was great.

Cons:

The music from the bar on the first floor is an absolute disgrace. A big noise and bass sounds through the hotel even on the fourth floor. A hotel is a place for sleeping and in weekends this is impossible here. It should be mentioned before booking and paying and the high hotelprice should be lowered by at least 50%. . They Just don t deliver for what you pay. Besides al this the hotelprice is too high for the standard of this hotel compared to other hotels in India
