One Night to Remember
Pros:

Unassumingly neat & clean hotel. Lovely breakfast. Location is very good in a quite by lane and near the Gateway of India.

Cons:

Wising that the bathroom was a little bigger.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Only little difficulty we faced were the Wifi can be accessed only in certain parts of the room.

A very clean and peaceful hotel in Mumbai
Pros:

I loved that coming back to the room felt like a clean and peaceful respite from the busy city of Mumbai. I liked the level of cleanliness and how helpful the front desk staff was.

Cons:

The overall design of the hotel could have been much better. However, this doesn't affect the quality of the hospitality. I also was disappointed that the room's window was blocked and so I didn't have any view.

If you want to sleep in a hotel don t come here in weekends!
Pros:

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The location Just next to the gate of India was great.

Cons:

The music from the bar on the first floor is an absolute disgrace. A big noise and bass sounds through the hotel even on the fourth floor. A hotel is a place for sleeping and in weekends this is impossible here. It should be mentioned before booking and paying and the high hotelprice should be lowered by at least 50%. . They Just don t deliver for what you pay. Besides al this the hotelprice is too high for the standard of this hotel compared to other hotels in India

Lovely place shame about the music from nightclub downstairs.
Pros:

Very nice property.

Cons:

Music from the nightclub downstairs was so loud it was like I had the music playing in my own room. Really spoiled what would otherwise be a 10/10 hotel.

Great location.

Cons:

The reception staff was not helpful at all. We wanted to keep our bags with them for a few days - wanted to book a return stay with them. But they declined saying that they don’t have space for 2 bags.

Nice hotel but very bad location with a club just downstares.
Pros:

A very loud club just under my room with music until 1.30h and then +1h of people creaming in the street. I did not know that they had a full club just under the hotel and I did not find any disclaimer for this when booking.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel as they have a club just under with loud music until 1.30h minimum. When I asked if I could change the room the answer was that it was my fault to know chech the location before and that they could not do anything.

Great location with very friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Had an excellent breakfast each morning of our stay. There was a good choice and you are able to order certain items to your choice. Great friendly staff.

Cons:

We had a great time. Enjoyed the retro bar and the location.
