Clean, comfortable, safe
Pros:

The room and hotel were very nice, clean, and staff very welcoming and always available. Flet safe. Great a/c and food in room service tasty. Private bathroom, smaller but clean with big towels and soaps available. Walking to Gateway very close and local restaurants.

Cons:

Beds were firm, but otherwise enjoyed everything else.

Good location, nicely sized rooms, small bathrooms
Pros:

The hotel is really well located, and the rooms are quite charming and clean, with enough room to move around. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The washrooms are crammed, and certain utilities, such as the sink and shower, appear old. The mirror also looks dated. I would have preferred a power outlet next to the bed instead of across or beyond the nightstand.

An excellent stay!
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, which came as a surprise considering it looks quite small from the outside but is an absolute tardis, very comfortable, fantastic location, friendly staff, the breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it was decent, against staff absolutely fantastic

Cons:

I would say that the TVs need updating. It would be excellent if there were options for smart TV there were a lot of channels but it was a little bit outdated the way it was laid out.

الموقع ممتاز جداً يقع في شارع كولابا وقريب من معظم الاماكن السياحية المهمة

Cons:

رائحة الاستقبال فقط كانت سيئة ، دورة المياه صغيره بالاضافة الى طريقة فتح باب دورة المياه غريب حيث يكون قريب جداً من مغسلة اليد وتكون صعوبه في الدخول والخروج بسلاسة

Great hotel- would stay again
Pros:

Great location - heart of Colaba and easy to walk to main tourist attractions such as Gateway of India. Nice breakfast and good staff
