Just amazing experience overall
Pros:

The views of the mountains surrounding the hotel both nearby and distant are amazing. The food was also really really good and service provided by all of the staff was second to none. They went out of their way to make sure we were very satisfied and were very flexible considering our dietary requirements.

Cons:

We had to travel one hour out of Shimla to get there.

Impressive hospitality with a relaxing view
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ambience was relaxing and perfect for a peaceful stay. They had a great heated pool and steam-sauna bath, which we enjoyed with our kids.
What truly made the difference was the staff- extremely helpful, polite and attentive throughout the stay. Specially would like to especially mention the Breakfast chef Mr. Rawat was very polite and helpful, and Sahil went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hospitality and a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The last mile to the hotel is under construction, so the road is so narrow that it would be difficult for 2 cars to pass.

Good but could have been exceptional
Pros:

Excellent location - on top of the hill and easily its peak of fagu and nearby hills. Good Thai food

Cons:

Crowd management - Spoilt what could have been an amazing property.

People fully clothed jumping into pool and jacuzzi, lot of noise in corridors, AC control in rooms. There was zero efforts by management to control any of the above. We could not even sleep properly one night due to noise in corridors

Great food and staff. Need more training though
Pros:

Location overlooking a valley was nice. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, in particular the Thai menu.

Cons:

Upkeep was poor. Coffee machine wasn’t working and it took 30 minutes for hot water in the shower. There was a nail sticking out on the floor as well. Seems like a new unused property.

Superb
Pros:

It's a gud property to stay in. I feel hospitality is not that great. Pool table is chargeable. Which is not appropriate.
