Pros:

Очень удобное расположение от основного метро, близко торговые центры. Рядом много конбини. В ванной нет двери, так что если вы не пара, а друзья, это немного неудобно. Очень пыльно в номере. Завтраки приносили в номер, выбор не большой, но нас устроил. Шумоизоляция шикарная, жили как в сейфе. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный, хоть они и не говорили на английском, все друг друга понимали. Воду в номер не приносят, нет шкафчиков для одежды и всего две вешалки. Мы жили 5 дней, это было очень неудобно без шкафов. Поменяли полотенца на второй день и больше к нам не заходили. Даже мусор не выносили, что было неприятно.

Pros:

Very spacious and beautiful room 303. Yes you can see ageing here and there but in general it's very very well looked after. There are nice amenities provided. Check in and out was flawless. We were able to extend our stay by 2hours at a very reasonable rate. It was the only hotel on our travels that had nearly perfectly silent rooms and a large bed.
I would recommend it to anyone that would like a very good accommodation.
Please note that it is an adult hotel, which others might use for adult things.
Its a 15min walk from the busy markets and probably around 20min from dontobori
