Комфортные и просторный номер, в котором можно остановиться на одну ночь, а также провести более длительное время.

Cons:

Возникли сложности с тем, как добраться до гостиницы: от метро на далеко, но не сразу понятно, куда двигаться.

Pleasant
Pros:

Good location near Exhibition center. Clos the metro with fast connection to city center.
Nice breakfast Chinese and western selection.

Cons:

Even that the hotel was non smoking there were smell of cigarettes in the room.
Not all the stuff in reception spoke English.
Problems with taxi service - even that we ask to arrange taxi for concrete airport, taxi driver took us to another airport. It was big complication because the taxi driver did not speak English.
As we were leaving hotel with time reserve we arrived on time did not have stress but hotel should be more attentive to it.

Good stay in general and would return.
Pros:

Breakfast was good in general with decent local and international spread. There is room for improvement in the bread section though , for example butter should be provided.

Direct train service from location to airport puts hotel is good location.

Cons:

No taxi booking service is provided by this property.
I would suggest to property manager to provide Didi or Taxi booking/calling service for guests. Not all guests are locals. Like me, a foreigner without Wechat payment App, it was so difficult to hail taxi.

amazing stay with wonderful staffs
Pros:

staffs were great especially Zora, FO and Andy, FnB were fantastic and very helpful in a professional way. People makes all difference.

Cons:

the location was a bit off from center but we were there for the conference.
