Tôi nghĩ chăn ga gối đệm có thể nên được thay mới để mang lại cảm giác dễ chịu hơn. Quạt trần nên được làm sạch bụi và có dọn dẹp phòng nếu khách ở lại dài ngày.
Echt een top plek. Aardige mensen. Zeer ruime kamer met airco en een ventilator. Koelkast op de gang aanwezig. De kamer had een heel ruim privébalkon.
Комната расположена на третьем этаже над баром. Бар тихий, закрывается рано. Улица тоже тихая, хотя в центре туристического района. До пляжа меньше 10 минут пешком.

What a lovely place, the family living there was so nice and helpful. The room was clean, beautiful and had anything you could need.
We had an AC and a fan in the room, even the balcony and bathroom had a fan. There was a fridge and laundry room as well. Plus if you're hungry they have a restaurant in house as well.
It's pretty central and has a lot of shops around.
All in all just love it.
Great location. Big private balcony with a fan. There was privacy despite being a homestay. Free use of washing machine and drying rack provided.
There is no fridge, no desk and no cleaning offered, so not really suitable for working or longer stays.
The landlord is incredibly hospitable and ensures guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time. It offers a great location, reasonable price, and is super convenient for any trip. Highly recommended!

This is a great value room with a lovely balcony , on a typical Vietnamese street. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues. It’s within 6-8 minutes walk from the beach and has some lovely cafes and eateries nearby.

The bed is slightly on the hard side , but this is just a matter of preference
A perfect place! The location is ideal - everything you need is within walking distance, the beach is also super close! The house is very nice, cozy and clean, the owners are the sweetest people!) I felt like at home here - great experience, felt absolutely safe and relaxed here) The room is spacious, it has a great balcony with a nice view, there is also a small pub on the first floor - the food there is delicious! The music they play here is very nice and the general atmosphere is very welcoming)

The bedsheet is not comfortable. Overall you feel it is not like a serviced room.
There is no mini-fridge, no bottle water (as other places offer 1bottle 1 person), no shampoo.
