Great
Pros:

The staff was amazing. I can't recall the name of the girl who was there ALL the time but I'd love to see her recognized.

Cons:

The fridge wasn't working & my food got warm.

The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

It was well stocked and clean. I enjoyed everything offered.

Cons:

Everything was great except for the parking lot. When we arrived it was 55 degrees. so the lot was slushy. The next day it was 17 and frozen with heavy rutsthat were hard to transvers.

Cons:

The man who transitioned into a female was constantly burping while checking us in and we found it disgusting and disrespectful.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and very pretty inside. We had a fantastic view of the fall foliage out of our window
