Pros:

空間比一般商務旅館大，還有附廚具餐具洗衣機可以用，浴室的乾燥功能超強，曬完早上就乾，吹風機有問題跟老闆反應以後隔天就送新的過來，整體來說是超級滿意，，小缺點是衣架數量略少

地方还不错，入住也方便。简洁。床上用品很舒服。就是附近比较吵，需要关着门才行。周边的环境随地可以看到垃圾。离地铁有点距离。

Pros:

건물과 아파트 모두 낡은 부분 하나없이 매우 깨끗했어요. 흠잡을데 없었습니다. 주변에 편의점도 여럿있고 위치도 괜찮아요 동네 조용하구요. 공항에서 올때 난바까지 가지않고 그 앞 정서장에서 내리게되어 시간도 조금 절약 가능.

Cons:

난바에서는 지하철을 타야해요. 숙소자체의 단점은 없지만여행다입장에서의 아쉬움. 그리고 퇴실 후 짐을 맡겨둘 수가 없다는 점도 아쉽네요. 코인라커를 이용해야하는데 식구수 많아 가방이 많다면 그 비용도 꽤 돼요. 그거 감안해서 숙소고르시길

我觉得这家住宿设施很不错，位置安静，附近有卖水果蔬菜的小店，离地铁口有点远的，能有自行车租赁就更好了

距離地鐵跟JR皆在徒步10分鐘內，房間乾淨舒適，浴室廁所使用起來也很舒服，唯一美中不足的電視只能看日本節目沒有NETFLIX 可以選

白内障の手術後に安静にする宿ということでおせになりました。駅からも近く、コンビニも周囲にあって便利でした。

Cons:

テレビでYouTubeなどが観れると満足度がもっと高かったと思います。

Pros:

This apartment was the best place we stayed in Japan. It was big by comparison to the other places we stayed. It had a big bathroom with a washer and dryer. Arrival and departure was very easy. The place was quiet and comfortable. It was really good value for money. I would stay here again.

Cons:

It slightly further to walk to the metro than other places we stayed but it was still only a pleasant short walk away.

Pros:

Modern and clean with plenty of nice local eating spots. There was a good laundry and clothes drying facility in the room.

Cons:

A little cramped for 3 people and self check-in was a bit difficult to understand.

Pros:

浴室附有烘乾功能，非常方便，洗好的衣服隔天就乾了。住宿地點離木津市場很近，可以到市場購買新鮮海鮮回來享用。晚上環境十分安靜，這次入住期間也沒有聽到救護車的聲音。房內冰箱容量很大，還有冷凍功能，對於需要保存食材或冷凍食品的旅客來說非常實用。

Cons:

因為這次是更換住宿地點，中間有一段時間差，詢問是否提供行李寄放服務，但訊息遲遲沒有得到回覆。即使無法提供寄放服務，直接告知即可，我也能提前安排其他方案，而不是特地提早跑到住宿地點確認。

另外，訂房資訊中提供的微信聯絡方式也無法加入，系統顯示帳號異常。住宿方後續也沒有主動提供其他聯絡方式或相關說明。對於需要事前確認住宿安排的旅客來說，這樣的溝通品質確實令人困擾與失望。

房間清潔方面也有待加強，洗衣機邊緣累積了許多洗衣粉，看起來像是前面房客留下來卻未清理。住宿資訊提到有提供洗碗精，但我們入住時瓶子已經是空的。由於先前傳送的訊息都沒有得到回覆，我也不想再花時間聯繫房東反映這些問題。

住宿地點方便、房內設備也不錯，但聯繫效率與細節管理明顯不足，影響整體入住體驗。
