We are frequent visitors, always come back to the same place, excellent location
Pros:

Rooms and front of house are very clean, smell very nice. Staff eager to help. Room are neat and clean when you come back from a long day.

Pros:

The location was good, regardless of the shortfalls we enjoyed our stay. No breakfast offered so I can't comment about that

Cons:

I didn't like the shower and toilet setting. One can't be in the toilet when someone is on the shower or vice versa cause one will be drenched with water unnecessarily. I did not realize that the bunk bed meant it will be on top and as a parent traveling with a toddler it was not on for me.

Perfect for what we needed. Close to waterfront and the bed were so comfortable! Door even has an extra chain lock on the inside.

My stay was perfect despites the space and unfriendly reception area.
Pros:

No breakfast offered. location is perfect. staff are excellent.

Cons:

The room and bathroom are too small, with no space for luggage or other belongings. Value for money is compromised. The prices for such rooms are at least 70% of the current price.
