Pros:

The staff were wonderful, friendly and chatty and always smiling

Cons:

There was a nasty smell outside and in the room, a bit like cat pee crossed with wet carpet.

It felt more like a shelter
Pros:

The location was okay for the money.

Cons:

The staff were seemingly nonchalant about guest experience, the lobby had too many strange-looking random people smoking around which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. it was also quite noisy from time to time.
