Cons:

After booked, the property asked me to pay them 50% offline before arrival (via a Vietnamese bank account) despite clearly indicated in the booking conditions that pre-payment is not required. When I asked them for a payment during check-in, they declined and told that pre-payment is compulsory.
This is not only inconvenient for a guest who doesn’t have a Vietnamese bank account but also suspicious and not safe to ask for a payment outside of Booking.com.
Even worse, they told us that now the hotel is fully booked and asked us to cancel the booking while it was still available to book on Booking.com. Bad service and experience.
