Pros:

The room was very clean and cool interior with nice view
Location is very convenient.
Good price with good quality.

Cons:

I requested an extra blanket but customer service never reply me, and I couldn't get any extra blankets.
In the shower room, drainage wasn't smooth.
As there are no windows or exhaust fans, the room cannot be ventilated.
Website said the bed is queen size, but actually it's was just joined two bed, so you can't sleep in the middle

We had an amazing stay! The appartment is located in a very central area so you are close to everything! We had an amazing view in our room! We really enjoyed our stay, would definetely recommend!

Enjoyable and central!
Pros:

How central it was to where we were going that night! So clean and the bed was amazing! Loved the complimentary beers and water too!

Cons:

The room was hot - even on a cold rainy Melbourne night it was almost sauna like! No fans or AC in the room. My partner runs very hot so his sleep was not so enjoyable! Staff did their best to accommodate but couldn’t exactly fix it. Our friends stayed next door and their room was not even close to how hot ours was!

Position was exactly what we needed and access to market was a bonus

Small room but exceptionally clean. Pod coffee and good quality bottled water in fridge. No contact check in and out was quick and easy

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location across the road from the Queen Victoria Mkts. Outside of the Hotel was the city circle trams which are free all the time. Rest. downstairs from the Hotel was great.

Cons:

The area with the weird people hanging around the area, scary.
