Excellent facilities close to everything.
Pros:

Excellent location next to Victoria Markets, city, trams and trains. Modern, neat, clean and comfortable.

I booked a room w IBIS which included an included buffet breakfast. No staff to speak to onsite. And no explanation abou

Close to everything, clean and tidy.

Cons:

No extra blanket. Not enough coat hangers. Only 4 coffee pods for 6 nights? The offer to service my room on the second last day was an oversight or lack of planning. As a recovering alcoholic I requested the complimentary beers to be replaced w soft drink, but were not, and the beers were left in the fridge.

Cons:

The bedding wasn’t very clean, there was stains on the sheets and a little blood stain on the blanket. It was probably the one let down as it would have been a 10/10 otherwise

Pros:

The location and room 404 were amazing.
The room was one of the best we have stayed at in Melbourne. Clean, plenty of room. Lots of windows with fantastic views of the market.

Cons:

It would be fantastic to have breakfast to be available for guests in the pub.

The kitchen tap is loose in room 404.

Pros:

The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Ease of checki/out was also good. The bed was so comfortable this time. The last time we stayed, the bed was too soft.

Cons:

There is no parking available. When you drive to the city from a rural area that is really important. We found a carpark a few blocks away, but it cost almost as much as the room.

Enjoyed our stay, bed was super comfy, no noise from outside, very quiet
Pros:

Very clean, easily accessible, comfortable bed and great location for husbands hospital stay, will be back if we need to visit again

Cons:

Maybe a little table to sit at, then we probably would’ve ordered a meal from pub, but wasn’t a big deal breaker

Comfortable stay at a good price point in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Comfortable and great place to stay with nice service

Cons:

Only down side was that door lock had not been set up by housekeeping. Issue was fixed quickly when I raised it.
