Pros:

ロケーションも良く、お部屋もきれいで静かで広くて大満足でした！！
おしゃれな現代的な感じで、カップルでの宿泊に良さそう！！

Cons:

チェックインもチェックアウトもスタッフに会うことなく、完了したので、
施設について質問できなかった。でも、メッセージを送るとすぐ返信してくれましたので
ありがたかったです。清掃も滞在中はなかった。

Great hotel in Melbourne
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a very central location. The room was very clean and super comfortable. So quiet with excellent noise isolation. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Disappointed due to price
Pros:

Nice decor and good location near to Queen Victoria market. Easy to get in and out of town.

Cons:

Dirty shower and dirt beside the bed - hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Main issue was lack of a window you can open, as made the room feel very claustrophobic and this was not mentioned when booking.
Rooms are not cleaned during the stay.

Ho avuto un upgrade quindi mi hanno un appartamento con balcone, molto bello e confortevole, con vista sul mercato e uno skyline notturno veramente eccezionale. Non abbiamo mai utilizzato il tram

Non abbiamo mai visto lo staff. Poichè era un appartamento non erano previste le pulizie. Però avrebbero dovuto lasciare uno straccio e un detersivo per pulire il bagno. Ho scritto alla struttura per capire come dovevo comportarmi con il ceckout, ma sto ancora aspettando la risposta

Very modern apt opposite QVM
Pros:

Very modern apt with new appliances, fridge and flatscreen TV opposite Queen Victoria Market, convenient self check-in, great pub on the ground floor

Cons:

Dust on some of the surfaces, only three coat hangers, ants in and around the rubbish bins in the room, chemical smell of the room
