Nice spot, quiet room, windows don't open
Pros:

Comfy beds, great location

No staff, but all worked fine apart from confusion about leaving luggage

Great hotel.
Pros:

No breakfast. Rest. downstairs great. Location good right opposite Queen Victorua Mkts & on the free trams into town. I loved the bathroom setup, great. Would highly recommend this hotel & we will be back.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned every day or fresh towel given unless I asked for them, along with coffee & tea. But that was not a problem for us as we got to know the cleaning staff & management & found our own way around.

Great spot, will book again.
Pros:

Modern hotel in a central location next to Queen Vic market. Convenient checking via SMS and pin code. Clean, modern designed rooms. Very well run restaurant downstairs with great food and vibe. Will defiantly book again next time I'm in Melbourne.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Very good location. Facilities were generally new and in good working order. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Good hot water and pressure in shower. Wifi was usable. Locations is directly next to Victoria Market, which is great when Victoria Market is actually open. Staff was responsive to questions I had. Laundry machine on level 2 was nice to have access to.

Cons:

Only one lift, and sometimes was very busy. No easy access to stairs. My room was on level 1 and I got annoyed very quickly by having to wait for the busy lift just to go up/down one level. Room didn't have a chair or place to sit. Rooms aren't cleaned during stay, nor are rooms well equipped beyond a single mini-fridge and electric kettle. I would've at least liked to have the trash removed daily. More brighter lighting in room and hallways would be nice.

Because it's a room in a high rise, it didn't have any windows which is something I dislike.
