Great location for market hopping. Everything you need.
Pros:

Great location next to markets, very clean and quite new. Comfy bed, quiet.

Cons:

Not enough tea bags ( we had one for 2 nights), room entry and key etc. and check out was all automated so no staff to talk to, free beer was a nice though but I was with my son and neither of us drink alcohol so it would have been nice to swap for a coke? I texted to ask about leaving luggage but got no response.

Pros:

Great location, sparkling clean and comfortable bed.

Cons:

No cutlery or microwave for in room dining, although wasn’t necessary with all the cheap eats close by!

It's good. But we won't return.

I've stayed here many times and loved the value and location

Cons:

There's no maintenance done on the rooms at all. Loose fittings, dangerous lights hanging from live electrical wires, missing styling pieces, no deep cleaning done armchairs have significant dirt underneath the cushions bed has never been moved to clean under, common hallways have significant damage to the finishes on the walls

The best deal in Melbourne
Pros:

Ultra modern, beautifully designed rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Perfect location across from QVM. Excellent insulation towards the street. Well equipped rooms. Very very happy!

Cons:

No early check in possible due to the peculiarities of it being associated with the pub; mini fridge a bit loud during the night
