Leider nicht die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Unsere Wohnung war im ersten Stock ohne Balkon. Zweite Decke war sehr verschmutzt, sowie das Sofa.
Great location. Comfortable room and warm. Good sized bathroom.
The shower head was broken down showers were not great.
The property was spacious, good decorated, clean and well organized. also, they gave us an apartment with a huge terrace with a nice view, specially at night.

The staff was very friendly and the location was very central. The apartment could be nice if it were maintained as one would expect for the price.
It looks like a lovely maintained flat but the state of repair of this flat was grossly misrepresented by the pictures in booking.com which is the base of a booking decision .
Whist the basic structure is existing, I was faced with a dirty flat at arrival, water damaged ceilings in living and bathroom, damaged/peeling off water damaged wall paper, mould everywhere on silicon in the bathroom and along sinks and windows, tilted bathroom sink, chipped wall colour, rotting and dirty towel heater, stained an ripped towels, non-closing bedroom door which needs to be lifted to be closed (waking everybody up at night), leaking kitchen tap, broken shower holder still lying around, outer pipe cover ripped gas pipe-connector, yellowed dirty cupboard, kitchen equipped only sparsely/not usefully, dirty sheets hanging on balcony, colour splashes over windows, dirty falling off skirting, hall used as cleaning cupboard, etc…
It is a shame as it could be nice, but what the pictures indicate it’s utterly misleading about the real state of the property especially in places where it matters.
I would have never booked and paid that money for a flat in this state of repair.

A few more basic items in the kitchen would have been nice (e.g. there was only one teaspoon and one wine glass, etc.)
At least one more lamp would make the place feel cosier.
The location is perfect! The owner/manager is very kind and attentive, always checking in to see how we’re doing. The room is kept spotless, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day.
