Pros:

The Backpacker’s is an amazing place to feel safe and at home. I was too busy with my travels to stay in a hostel for longer, but anyways I did visit one of the barbeque parties 😁 Rafa was always very cheerful and helpful. Thanks him a lot. The room was always comfy and clean. And is super close to an airport which is comfortable if you are travelling to other places every 3 days 😅

El mejor hostal de Santiago , no duden en reservar aquí.

Increíble el lugar. Cada vez que voy a Santiago me quedo con Rafa . Muy lindo lugar , familiar y relajado, muy cerca del aeropuerto y demasiado fácil sea la hora que sea. Llegué la primer noche a las 00.30 y el me espero . Floky el perrito lo mejor. Lo recomiendo , y cada vez que vuelva ahí estaré.

Wir sprachen den Inhaber des Hotels darauf an, dass das gebuchte Doppelbett ein Einzelbett mit lediglich zwei Kissen sei. Es erfüllte definitiv nicht die "Maße" wie auf booking beschrieben. Daraufhin wurde er emotional extrem aufbrausend und verbal ausfallend und verhielt sich in keinster Weise professionell. Wir kamen abgesprochen Mitten in der Nacht an, nachdem wir in einer unsicheren Gegend 15 Minuten warteten bis er uns die Tür des Hostels öffnete. Eine skurile und beängstigende Erfahrung. Seine Volunteer kam im Schlafanzug "zu Hilfe" und versuchte ihn zu besänftigen und am nächsten Tag sein Verhalten zu rechtfertigen.
Tage zuvor wurde ich bereits mit Nextnachrichten überflutet und ungefragt in Hostelgruppen hinzugefügt.

Extrem unprofessionelles, unverhältnismäßiges und unberechenbares Verhalten und wenn man alleine unterwegs ist beängstigend.
