Cons:

I requested for an early check-in at 6.00 to 7.00 am. I even received confirmation through the booking.com site that the room availability was subject to availability.
As i reached at 6.00am i was told by the hotel night receptionist that room is not available and insisted me to wait at reception. I waited until 8am where one of the room got checked out. By than the shift was changed and new staff was stationed in reception. There was no proper handing over briefing about my waiting.
I once again approached the receptionist and asked about my room. He said rooms are not available until 11am. I mentioned that there was a checkout for which he mentioned that our normal checkin is at 11am and if I need a room then I need to pay extra charge. It was not told upfront, if so I would have paid earlier and would not have waited for 2 hours.
Nevertheless I did pay extra charge and checked in to my room.

Bedsheets were dirty, bathroom arrangement was not proper, breakfast had very few spreads and hotel was overcharged as compared to the facility provided.
