Cons:

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich hatte drei nächste dreimal Zimmer getauscht. Es gab immer Probleme mit Lärmbelätigung. Die Lüfter im Zimmern waren sehr laut und zwangsläufig. Da kann man nicht ausschalten. Deswegen habe ich immer im Nacht Probleme. Flecken Teschboden.

Als jemand mit 23 Jahren Erfahrung in der Hotellerie muss ich leider sagen: So etwas habe ich in meinem ganzen Berufsleben noch nicht erlebt.

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fällt der erste negative Eindruck auf – Zigarettenstummel in der Eingangshalle, keinerlei Sauberkeit, obwohl zwei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption standen. Hier würde es schon helfen, einfach einmal einen Besen in die Hand zu nehmen und für Ordnung zu sorgen.

Der Zustand des gesamten Hauses ist erschreckend. Die Flure und Gänge sind komplett vom Rauch durchzogen, und obwohl es sich offiziell um Nichtraucherzimmer handelt, roch unser Zimmer extrem nach altem, abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch. Der Teppichboden war in einem Zustand, den man kaum in Worte fassen kann – verschmutzt, widerlich und offensichtlich seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Man möchte sich gar nicht vorstellen, was sich darin alles angesammelt hat.

Der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt, die allgemeine Hygiene schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Es war so unangenehm, dass wir sogar in unserer Kleidung geschlafen haben, weil wir nichts anfassen wollten.

Natürlich ist die Lage am Hauptbahnhof bekannt, und man weiß, in welchem Umfeld man sich bewegt. Aber genau deshalb wäre es umso wichtiger, dass das Hotel intern für klare Regeln, Sauberkeit und ein Mindestmaß an Pflege sorgt. Mit einer vernünftigen Führung ließe sich vieles verhindern – insbesondere das Rauchen in Nichtraucherzimmern.

Mein Eindruck: Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Zumutung. Wenn man es ehrlich benennen würde, könnte man es fast „The Ashtray“ nennen – dann wüsste zumindest jeder Gast, worauf er sich einlässt.

Fazit: Eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

O hotel era simpatico dada a localização e o preço. Boa disponibilidade de transportes publicos.TUdo corris aceitavelmente bem em termos relativos até à situação de roubo descrita abaixo.

Cons:

O facto de termos pedido para guardarem a bagagem no dia de saida até à hora do autocarro à noite e me terem ROUBADO uma sweatshirt azul clara com uma flor da kenzo, o que tornou toda a experiência má. A etiqueta da minha mals era a 249.
