Hôtel moderne, très beau, bien situé, chambre spacieuse et literie confortable, petit dej correct

Cons:

la propreté des sanitaires laisse vraiment à désirer (poussière et surtout poils retrouvés au niveau de la cuvette et du lavabo) !

Magnifique et élégant
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment classe , super décoration.
Chambre vraiment parfaite et bien tenu.
Super séjour avec mon petit Sofiane qui a vraiment apprécié.
J ai pu échanger avec le directeur du site qui a vraiment envie de satisfaire sa clientèle et qui a su répondre rapidement à un désagrément rencontré.
Merci à lui pour son professionnalisme

Cons:

Encore quelques progrès à faire pour la cuisine et le service mais aucune inquiétude pour l'avenir

Navette vers l'aéroport bcp trop cher . 5000 dinars c est vraiment trop

Very nice experience.
Pros:

I recently stayed three nights at Onyx with a friend. The moment we entered the hotel for the first time, we got an excellent service. Very attentive staff members, very friendly, offering all the important information. The room was absolutely great, very spacious, clean, well furnished, and what matters most to me, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was also very nice with a good level of food variety. As a non French speaking visitor, sometimes it was a bit more challenging to communicate with the staff working at the restaurant and explain my needs. The location of the hotel was really good, although not in the city center which was the reason why I did choose this hotel. I didn't want to be in the noisy city center. So I very much appreciated the location.
What really stands out for me in this hotel are all the staff members who were always very sweet, ready to help and to take an extra mile.

Cons:

Nothing really. Except of acknowledging that some hotel guests might not speak French or Arabic.

Modern and simple
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is modern and clean. the breakfast was great with wide selection of food

Cons:

The lack of facilities and menu to order food to the room
Also, they added a booking commission fee, which wasn't disclosed on booking.com even though the hotel is supposed to cover that or at least add it to the price shown on booking.com. if you want a better price, it's recommended to call them directly
