Bon accueil mais hôtel qui ne correspond pas au prix payé. Minimum 30% trop cher. Hotel à restaurer le plus tôt possible

Pros:

La chambre puait la cigarette j ai demandé à changer de chambre on m a dit que oui qu elle serait prête dans la journée nous sommes revenus vers 23h et la nouvelle chambre que l on m avait attribué n était pas faites je me suis retrouvé à la rue avec une enfant de 10 ans qui croulait de fatigue l hôtel était complet ce soir là et j ai dû réserver une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel et vous n avez été même pas goûtu de me rembourser entièrement alors que nous étions un groupe de 45 personnes a vous avoir loué pour 5 nuits

Pros:

Merci à NATHAN pour son acceuil et les infos fournies pour passer un bons séjour dans ce petit hotel 20 mn du Musée Soulages de la cathédrale.
Très bonne literie, petits déjeuners copieux avec produits locaux yaourts AB etc Parking sécurisé avec code. Quartier calme avec restaurants à proximité en face école de commerce de RODEZ.
