Great location, pleasant staff and good value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic location and very easy to access from Kunming airport. Great central location with lots to do in the old town. Set off a busy pedestrian street with lots of cafes, stalls, restaurants and shops. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Good value for money as it's a very reasonable price. Simple breakfast with some fruit, bread and cereal options for vegetarians. Other Chinese style dishes for meat eaters. Loved the location and staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathroom setup doesn't offer any privacy if you are traveling with someone else. There is a toilet and shower with a sliding glass partition shared between the two. The toilet is basically open air within the bedroom. I was traveling alone so not a major problem, but if I were with my partner or friends, I wouldn't stay here due to the lack of personal privacy.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Great location, surrender by a lot of restaurants, shops, cafe etc.

Cons:

Although the hotel provided only one washing machine and one dryer, it helps me to have clean and dry clothes to wear, especially during the raining season.

Don't get the Seasons Theme Room - it's right above the busiest street in the area. The room is dark, with only one puny light. The hall is dirty.

Ottima posizione nel cuore della città vecchia di Kunming
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel sia all’andata che al ritorno del nostro viaggio e siamo tornate volentieri una seconda volta. La posizione è davvero eccellente, nel cuore della città vecchia di Kunming, a pochi passi dalla strada principale. Da qui è possibile visitare comodamente a piedi gran parte delle attrazioni della zona.

Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è discreta, con una buona varietà di scelta tra piatti cinesi e alcune opzioni più internazionali.

Naturalmente si tratta di un hotel a tre stelle, quindi senza particolari lussi o grandi pretese, ma per rapporto qualità-prezzo e posizione lo abbiamo trovato davvero ottimo. Noi ci siamo trovate benissimo e lo consigliamo a chi cerca una sistemazione pratica e comoda per visitare Kunming.

Das Hitel ist zentral gelegen, in der Nähe der Altstadt. Es ist schlicht eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht

Pros:

Location is at the heart of old town the subway station was near restaurant shopping centers attractions etc ample breakfast to start your day
