Pros:

The location is great. It's tight in the middle of the old street market, close to all shopping centers, and close to a metro station. The breakfast is lovely.

Cons:

As it's at the heart of the market, it can be loud sometimes.

Fonctionnel
Pros:

Le personnel est gentil même s’il ne parle pas anglais, ni français.
L’emplacement est idéal.
Le petit déjeuner est suffisant même si un peu de beurre avec la confiture serait top et un couteau pour beurrer. Le choix est limité mais tout est très bon.
Contente qu’on vide la poubelle de chambre et refasse mon lit.
Lit propre d’ailleurs et coussins agréables.
La chambre est très spacieuse et dotée d’un canapé et d’une table.
Il y a une belle armoire de rangement avec des cintres.
Machine à air chaud ou air froid selon le besoin, après faut savoir s’en servir.

Cons:

La chambre est isolée avec accès sur le « dehors. »
Beaucoup de gens passent par là, font du bruit, la lumière extérieure passe sous la porte. C’est très bruyant malgré mes bouchons d’oreilles.
Quelque chose émet des vibrations la nuit qui résonnent dans le lit pendant la nuit, allez savoir quoi.
Quelques toiles d’araignées au plafond.
Le nettoyage de chambre n’inclus pas un coup de balais.
Je regrette de ne pas voir un petit gâteau de fleur avec le thé comme à l’autre hôtel de la même chaîne où j’étais allée il y a deux ans.
Il y a eu de l’eau au sol dans les toilettes, j’ignore si ça vient de là ou de la douche qui évacue mal l’eau et déborde.
Après pour le prix, c’est bien.

La propreté et l'emplacement. La jolie chambre est très bien équipée.

Cons:

La très grande difficulté pour trouver l'hôtel en arrivant de l'aéroport. L'absence de marque GPS. Le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, ce qui est très fréquent en Chine. Jeunes femmes à l'accueil ne parlant pas anglais. Pas d'aide à attendre de leur part. Elles sont d'une charmante inefficacité.

地點是真的很好，但是也不吵鬧，屬於鬧中取靜的酒店。
我因為需要辦臨時駕照，詢問櫃檯人員，需要住宿登記表，但是可能是晚上的櫃檯人員比較沒經驗，所以就說沒法提供，可是早上我再去問一次，那位人員明顯專業，馬上知道我需要的是什麼就提供給我了，當天就順利地去辦臨時駕照，才能順利地完成後來的行程，真是感謝。

Cons:

晚上詢問需要酒店提供給我入住登記表，他們說是沒有這件東西，下次希望他們不確定的話，還是問一下，或者請客人早上再問一次，不然當時我還在想要去哪裡拿到這個入住憑證，怎麼辦臨時駕照。

Posizione perfetta, all'inizio della zona pedonale quindi comodo per chiamare un taxi facendo solo due passi fino alla strada, ma anche per uscire direttamente a piedi essendo già centrale. La zona è la più viva la sera a Kunming. Pulizia buona, reception 24h, colazione inclusa, centro Spa molto professionale al primo piano. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tanto da tornarci prima della partenza. Consigliatissimo

Notre première chambre donnait sur la rue piétonne et c'était très bruyant mais nous avons pu en changer. Le personnel est très attentif mais ils ne semblent pas assez nombreux pour la taille de l'établissement

Very central hotel in the middle of Kunming Old Streets. Location is great to explore everywhere on foot, but cars cannot reach the hotel as it is in the middle of the pedestrian areas. Rooms spacious and modern.

This hotel is on the pedestrian street right in the middle of the shops, restaurants, markets etc. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Since the hotel is in a lively area, it is very noisy outside until around 10pm. The walls are also extremely thin so I could hear everything my neighbours did and could not sleep well.
