Pros:

Extremely good value for money. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed! Bathroom needs some really good cleaning, using chloride. Or even better, new tiling. The latter would Make everything perfect =10/10!
The city view from the balcony of the common space is unbelievable, especially when the whole city lights up in the evening!!!!

Cons:

The bathroom is outdated and not really clean. Use Chlorine to keep everything clean and free from fungi!
