Tous les équipements mis à disposition pour une chambre seule. Bouilloire, frigo, clim, petit bureau, sèche cheveux et la grande puce à partager avec la terrasse vue sur la ville. Très calme. Le lit deux places. La réactivité de l'hôte.

Cons:

Le matelas. Il doit être à ressort. C'est moins confortable. Et cela fait un peu de bruit.

Pros:

Booked for 1 night and extended. Would have stayed longer if it wasn’t booked out. Roosters craft beer is 10 min walk, decent gym for 70k is 10 min walk over the bridge. Beautiful views and super clean.

The views are spectacular
Pros:

The views are amazing!! Great location in a cozy neighbourhood with great coffee shops and craft beer places. The place is a 4 bedroom house/apartment with each room having a private bathroom and kitchenette. Then there’s a communal washing machine, kitchen with microwaves, toilet, balcony, dining table and couch. Place was super comfy, quiet and clean. We extended our stay and only left because it was booked out. The views, I’m still obsessed with.

Это ЖЕМЧУЖИНА. Очень стильное и качественное!!! жильё с самым лучшем видом в Хошимине. Понравилось отношение и реальная помощь владельца и персонала - очень заботливо и профессионально ❤️🙏. Исключительно позитивные и радостные эмоции. Нам повезло и мы пожили практически во всех комнатах 🥳. Совет путешественникам: старайтесь бронировать заранее - больше выбор комнат. но если поездка скорая, то вот как поступили мы: при бронировании мы сокращали даты пребывания по 1-2 дня и видели больше вариантов. И например, на первый день бронировали одну комнату, на второй день другую и так далее. Обязательно хотя-бы 1 день поживите в комнатах с видом на реку и небоскрёбы - это очень красиво 😍

Nice place
Pros:

This is a perfect place for a short-term stay. The room is located in an apartment building, making it safe and easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a desk, a small refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The shared bathroom was also clean, with the toilet and shower in separate areas, which made it more convenient to use.

The self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free. I was able to access the property using a door code, which made check-in very convenient.

Cons:

The only thing I found a bit unusual was the layout. There was no kitchen or bathroom sink, but there was a kitchen sink installed inside the room. Since the room was quite small, it didn’t seem practical to prepare or eat food there.

The bathroom only provided shampoo. There was no hand soap or body wash available.

As I stayed for three nights, it would have been nice if complimentary bottled water had been provided for the entire stay instead of just the first night.

The lock on the bathroom door was also broken and should be repaired.
