But it's good if you stay for a couple of nights. The view and the price made up for the issues.
Pros:

The place has a really great view and the bed is pretty comfortable. There is a desk (was important for my work) and a kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

What i didn't like was 1) ants in the shower and the kitchen b) the kitchen towel wasn't clean and there was a long hair on one of the plates when i wanted to use them for the first time.

Nice apartment/room to a fair prize
Pros:

Nice little apartment with private bath but a common toilet. The staff is amazing and so sweet. Location is good also considering the prize. You need to go about 30 minutes to the center of Ho Chi Minh if you don’t want to grab a taxi. Also such af stunning view from the balcony over the city.

Pros:

Le lit est très confortable
Disponibilité des gérants car nombreux dysfonctionnements

Cons:

Difficile de trouver l'emplacement car les coordonnées gps sont approximatives
Odeur d'humidité et d'égout dans la chambre
Chambre très sale
Rideaux de douche moisis
Draps déchirés et j'émets un doute sur le fait qu'ils aient été lavés
Flexible de douche qui fuit (a été changé pendant mon absence)
La lumière du couloir est allumée H24 et vu que la porte de la chambre laisse passer la lumière, pensez à prendre un masque
Les réparations de la chambre ont été faites sans que je sois informée donc la personne est entrée dans la chambre en mon absence.
Très bruyant...

Mọi thứ rất tốt, chỉ có điều home ở chung cư nên khách ra vào mất phí gửi xe 🥹, qua đêm 10k, còn ra vào thì 5k, lúc đầu mình hơi bỡ ngỡ

Mọi thứ rất tuyệt.
Pros:

An ninh, riêng tư, vị trí sát bên quận 1, có ban công, view nhìn ra Thảo Cầm Viên, Bờ Kè, Trung Tâm SG. Xung quanh dân cư đông, rất nhiều hàng quán cafe, ăn uống.
