В душе вода не стирала в слив, а скапливалась в углу и постепенно испарялась, ну не критично, но не очень приятно.

Amazing location and beach. Moderately comfortable rooms with a clean bathroom. The staff is very polite and responsive.
The walls are too thin to put it mildly. The big minus is food... really overpriced and below par. Considering the amount one pays for a one night stay, not including breakfast is kind of outrageous.
I recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting lake Sevan. Our room was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we need: small fridge, coffee and tea corner with cups, wardrobe and desk, the bed was also clean and very comfortable. We had our own bathroom. The best thing was the view from the room: windows all around, some faces the lake and some faces the mountains you are surrounded with, it is really breathtaking to wake up like this. On the property, you can find a great restaurant and café, where traditional armenian dishes are served, one of the most delicious we've tried during our 10-day travel in the country! I highly recommend to try out the whitefish (syg). Not far from the property, you can visit a traditional boat with interesting story, and just with a 5-minute walk you reach the lovely lakeside. Get prepared that the area can get pretty windy though!

Понравилось все! Отель потрясающий, вокруг чудесная нетронутая природа, шикарный длинный пляж, по которому очень приятно гулять! Плавание в Севане тоже удалось на славу) в ресторане была очень вкусная еда, приготовленная по-домашнему, сотрудницы были очень вежливы и дружелюбны. Шикарная территория и виды! Нам все очень понравилось!

Ce logement était parfait, propre et agréable. Il est situé dans un lieu exceptionnel à deux pas de la plage du lac ce qui offre un séjour paisible.
Le restaurant propose de très bons plats arméniens cuisinés maison et le choix entre différents types de petits déjeuners.
Nous avons apprécié ce séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion s'y prête à nouveau.
We spent a wonderful week here for a family reunion. The cottage is very well organized for a family stay: every bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is one large common room with a kitchenette and a beautiful spacious terrace. It's only a 5–10 minute walk to the lake along a beautiful path.
The shore of Lake Sevan is gorgeous and wide, with lovely pebbles that become wonderfully warm in the sun. Lying on the pebbles after a swim in the cool water of Sevan is such a pleasure.
The food in the café is delicious. Every breakfast was a celebration. Breakfast is served quite late for us (from 10 to 12), but that gave us a great opportunity to swim and exercise on the beach in the morning!
A special thanks to the staff: Anna was so friendly and helpful, and the women in the kitchen were super nice as well!
It would be nice to have a few chairs and some sun umbrellas on the beach.
For those who, like us, have little experience with dogs, it could be a bit of a problem that stray dogs sometimes come to the beach or the terrace. They are very friendly and want some attention and, of course, food. In the end, we realized it was easier to pet them than to try to avoid their company :)
The location was beautiful, in the middle of the mountains and very quiet. If you like to be on your own in the middle of nature, this is for you.
You have the beach almost to yourself.
