Very good location near BTS and MRT, big mall nearby and lots going on in this area. Room is comfortable
Only two lifts/elevators for patrons as the building is quite narrow, so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. It's a minor complaint though,.
Overall, I had a very nice stay in Bangkok. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the air conditioning in one of the twin rooms I stayed in. We couldn’t adjust the room temperature ourselves and had to call reception every time we wanted to change it. As a guest, it felt quite strange that we couldn’t control the air conditioning in our own room, especially for a five-star hotel.
I think this is something that could be improved. At the very least, guests should be informed about it before check-in. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.
The staff are really nice and friendly and help us with the luggage.

Басейн крохотный даже для детей тесный,тренажорный зал крохотный для 3-4 человек,в ресторане меню ноль,ничего нет для выбора еды,очень долго приносят заказ.

2 Asansör yeterli değil, bekleme süresi uzun. Uçak gelişine göre erken check-in için öncesinden mail atıp, onay maili gönderilmesine rağmen uzunca süre bekletildik, odamıza alınmadık.
