Pros:

The building, staff, location and facilities were incredible. Easily going for a sail in the afternoon was exactly what we hoped for!

Cons:

The beds are not very big (140cm wide) and also very squeeky. Just turning around at night would wake us up. The staff did provide us with a different pillow when requested, which we very much appreciated.

Primera y última vez que realizó una reservación con ustedes BOOKING. COM, mi habitación nunca fue pagada y llegando al hotel tuve que realizar otra reservación y pagarla en ese momento

Muy bonito y relajante
Pros:

El hotel literal parece un castillo, muy bonito.
El personal es muy amable.
La habitación que elegimos tiene una vista preciosa al lago.
La piscina tiene una temperatura bastante buena.
Tienen mesa de billar y de ping pong que puedes usar.
La ubicación está muy bien, muy cerca del centro de Valle de Bravo y a la orilla del lago.
Muy relajante

Cons:

La cama y las almohadas nos parecieron algo incómodas.
El restaurante solo abre los fines de semana.
Nos faltaron detalles que puedes encontrar en casi cualquier otro hotel por el precio que pagamos, como cortesía de café.
Se nos hizo algo incómodo que no había manera de poner en la puerta el cartel de no molestar, como se puede en cualquier hotel

Estancia cómoda en un lugar tranquilo, donde se puede descansar y hacer actividades acuáticas.
Pros:

La ubicación es magnífica, a la orilla de la represa y por la orientación, ideal para ver el atardecer desde el jardín o incluso desde la ventana de nuestro cuarto, que estaba orientada hacia el lago.
El desayuno bien.
La alberca y el jacuzzi, excepcionales.
En general la pasamos muy bien, fuera de esos pequeños detalles

Cons:

El cuarto me lo imaginaba más grande, así como el baño.
La base de madera de la cama, rechinaba un poco.
El clima no fué lo suficientemente frío para ameritar que se encendiera la chimenea, pero eso no está dentro del alcance del hotel obviamente; espero que en una siguiente visita, esté los suficientemente frío para encenderla.
