Surprisingly great!
Pros:

The place looks a bit dull from the outside, but once you enter the facility you will be welcomed by friendly staff that offer you coffee or tea. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds. They offer free diner at the place next doors. We didn't make use of that so we can't comment on that. We had breakfast there though, enjoying a lovely mountain view. Really spectacular! What's great about this accommodation is its location. Close to all the major highlights, at walking distance. Great value for your money!

Pokoj byl obrovský s nádherným výhledem do krajiny, za celý můj pobyt v Omanu se mi tam nejlépe spalo
Velice příjemná snídaně jak s obsluhou tak s hudbou. Tento hotel mohu jen doporučit.

Просторий і чистий номер, наявність в ньому кави, чаю, води, солодощів і горішків. Дуже комфортні ліжка. Привітний персонал. Спокійно. Є власна парковка. Сніданок смачний і різноманітний. Також поруч чудовий ресторан оманської кухні, де можна дуже смачно повечеряти!

There was also an issue with the hot water running out while I was in the middle of showering. Additionally, water tended to drip from the shower area into the sink area.

Pros:

En Oman, où le confort n’est pas toujours au RDV, cet hôtel permet de reprendre des forces pour savourer la suite du voyage.
Notre chambre était spacieuse et doté d’une literie très confortable. Excellent wifi. Très bon débit d’eau chaude (sans éclabousser toute la pièce).
Nous avions le dîner et le petit-déjeuner inclus. Le repas était un menu copieux et délicieux avec entrées, plat, desserts. Nous remercions le personnel du restaurant qui est vraiment aux petits soins.
On vous recommande chaudement cet hébergement.

A very pleasant stay with a great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Very nice location of the hotel. We got a mountain-view room, although we booked a city-view room, which was a nice upgrade. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds.

Cons:

Breakfast, despite being in heated containers, was cold. The variety could be improved.
It took some time for the water in the room to heat up. The second person had to wait a while before being able to shower with warm water.

Pros:

Хороший отель, чистый, рядом кафе. Вид из окон на горы. Вкусный завтрак. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Мы забронировали две ночи, но, когда приехали, у дочери случилась горная болезнь. Пошли нам на встречу и бесплатно изменили бронирование, вернули деньги за одну ночь.

Good for a one night stay
Pros:

Modern hotel with a international ambiance but it lacks a bit character. All sufficient and comfy for a one night stay.
Next door grillhouse is funny and Omani style sitting on the ground (or outside in the cold or eat in the room) food though is good 👍 visiting the 3 terrace villages is nice and a good workout. Breakfast is fine.

Cons:

Maybe a bit noisy in the morning,
