Avoid this place if you can

I do not recommend this place and feel travelers should avoid it….I use Booking about 10-12 times a year and this was one of my worst stays….CHECK-IN: Requires your name listed at the guarded gate for entry or the guards won’t let you pass and my name wasn’t listed. A live phone conversation with the owner is required. Had to wait 40 minutes because the owner’s line was busy when called….ENTRY: A door lock box has a code that has the key. No code is mailed to you in your itinerary. Another 30 minutes was needed to track down the property manager to call the owners to get that….UNIT SIZE: The unit is not 48sm…the owners have listed their outdoor patio 24sm as living space. The pictures lie as to how big it is…..NOISE/CAN’T SLEEP: Ground floor unit, located 20m from the building’s guard station, constant night walkie-talkie chatter. Tried putting pillows and blanket under door but too loud to sleep. Next to their outdoor patio is a fighting chicken business. Roosters wake you at 4am….WIFI: Not password protected in a very large complex….PAY PARKING: Not listed on the info, 300p per day to park….ON THE PLUS: clean.

A weekend well spent in a clean and quiet haven right smack in the middle of the city.
Pros:

Straight up transaction. No hidden fees. I highly appreciated the professional, systematic, and remote way the booking was handled.

Clean tropical vibe. The place smells clean as well. No overpowering room spray or disinfectant smell.

What you see in the photos is what you get.

There is a reason others have given this place a high rating as well.

I will definitely stay here again.
