Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Location, caretaker/staff, the place itself. Pagpasok pa lang namin, ramdam na yung ganda ng ambience na para bang ang sarap mag stay ng ilang araw 😍 Sobrang linis at bango ng unit 😍

Magaan din kausap ang owner. Siguradong hahanapin ko ulet ito kapag nagbook kami for staycation in Tagaytay. Salamat po ☺

I don’t like the property

Cons:

Only 1 elevator is working for more than 20+ floors. Weird way of checking in and check out, I’m not comfortable with the caretaker coming inside the room for check in. Should just give the keys right away after registering in the lobby. Slow internet connection. Room Aircon have water coming out and make the bed wet.

Pros:

Unit was clean and complete. Have all the amenities one may need but we did not actually use. Aircon was working okay. Very cold. Heater in the shower is also a plus.

Cons:

The smell was a bit kulob though there were air fresheners in the unit. For those with a bit sensitive nose, this may be a issue. All else though was okay to our liking. It was a comfortable stay and worth the money pa rin naman.

Pros:

The unit was clean and well-kept. The unit owner was very responsive and the caretaker was very accommodating. The place is also accessible to a lot of establishments.

Cons:

Maybe the provision for cooking. Although microwave and refrigerator were provided, it could have been better if guests were allowed to cook. Other than that, the place was superb!
