The food was not fresh
Water was never put in the room
No adaptor so if u r out of battery u have to go to reception to charge (only phone or type C device, not a laptop)

Oberflächliche Beratung beim Check-in.
The hotel itself is perfectly adequate for a short business stay. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable, and for an exhibition hotel the accommodation does what it needs to do.
The restaurant, however, needs a complete rethink.
It is perfectly presentable and the staff are pleasant enough, but the problem seems to be what is — or isn’t — happening in the kitchen.
Breakfast was very disappointing. By around 9.15am they had run out of pretty much everything, which really shouldn’t happen in a hotel catering largely for business and exhibition guests.
Dinner was worse. I had a veal Milanese that appeared either deep-fried or seriously overcooked, served on bland spaghetti with no sauce. My wife had a piece of tasteless white fish served over what seemed very much like tinned ratatouille. Neither dish was remotely what you would expect from a four-star hotel.
I appreciate that this is primarily an exhibition hotel and that guests probably come and go depending on events at Parc des Expositions, but that makes it even more important to get the basics right. I would much rather see a very small menu with limited choice, using fresh ingredients and dishes that are properly cooked to order, than a larger menu that the kitchen clearly struggles to deliver well.
What makes the contrast even more striking is the Golden Tulip at Roissy-en-France, where we have found the food to be excellent, with a very good buffet at every meal as well as an à la carte menu. It shows that the brand is perfectly capable of delivering a much better food offering.
One other irritation: we asked reception to arrange a taxi for us and discovered that the driver had added a €25 hotel booking charge to what should have been a €20–25 journey, effectively doubling the fare. Guests should at least be warned clearly if arranging a taxi through reception carries that sort of additional charge.
Overall, the hotel itself is fine and extremely convenient for the exhibition centre.
The food, see above
