Cons:

This listing appears to be a scam. I arrived at the lobby and immediately messaged the host to check in. I repeatedly asked if there were any check-in instructions, but I received no response. I also tried calling the number provided, but no one answered.
I waited for about an hour in the lobby before finally being informed that there was an “emergency maintenance” ongoing. Because of this, I requested a cancellation and a refund. The host told me that the refund process could take 5–7 days.
However, it has already been two weeks and I still have not received my refund. When I checked the booking status, I was surprised to see that it was marked as COMPLETED, even though I never checked in and was never able to access the unit.
This is extremely concerning and misleading. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this host or property.

Arrived and nothing it’s been cleaned; we had to sleep with used sheets, it was just one night and we let it go, but avoid this place overall.
It is overall in poor condition, check in waiting 1 hour and on top of everything the sort of the place.

I booked this around 5pm but the contact number on this account said that the admin is already closed and I will not be accommodated anymore and I will be refunded. After 2 days, still no refund.

WHAT WE WERE PUT THROUGH WAS INHUMAN AND DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!

We were booked to stay for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. We arrived at the FAME RESIDENCES to find out we did NOT have a room due to ??? maintenence and we were then redirected to another residence called SOHO CENTRAL (AIR B&B) that the manager had booked via email whilst we were in Transit. The manager stated that the "new" room that we were shunted off to was much bigger. What a disgusting room. It was a TINY single bedroom and dirty. The room looked like someone was just in it and left a mess there. What a horrible experience. ( I was travelling with my daughter and I had to sleep on a 2 seater couch which was uncomfortable WITH NO BEDDING. We then booked another hotel for the next 2 days which was brilliant. (ST GILES HOTEL MAKATI).... WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER STAY AT THESE 2 PLACES..
