Pros:

It is close to the country club where we stayed most of the time

Cons:

The ad says 2 bedroom but upon arriving it was just a bunk bed, false advertisement. The sink in the bathroom is grimey, the towels provided are not of a good quality.

It was a very very pleasant stay and is very worth it.
Pros:

The location is very near the beach. The room is very very clean. And the whole kitchen is complete with appliances if you're planning to cook there. The water dispenser is very very convenient (free drinking water). The caretaker, Ms Sherly has been very helpful, practically told us everything we need before we even had the chance to ask. The owner, Mr Joe is an excellent host!

Cons:

The internet signal for Smart Communication is a joke. Its probably on for only about a couple of hours in the morning then none the whole day. So needless to say, the wifi in the unit (because there is) is pretty much useless. We tried watching Netflix in the TV in the living room, and we have the network connection problem within 30 minutes. I think it would be wise to bring a Globe line next time. Not the unit's fault though, as I heard the whole area has very weak or very intermittent Smart signal. Also, when we stayed there, the shower is broken (I think), so there's a pail and dipper in the bathroom. No big deal though, as long as there is water.

We enjoyed our stay , its just that we did fully appreciated the beach due to typhoon.
Pros:

The location is nice, it is near the beach. The ambience is good.

Cons:

The aircon is dripping but the room is beautiful, clean & spacious, We did not enjoy fully the beach due to restrictions because of the typhoon.

Pros:

The owner was nice and responsive. There was proper endorsement. The unit was clean. Bathroom was well kept. Kitchen utensils and pots were all in good condition. There was even air fryer. The owner was kind enough to leave oil, salt and sugar in the cupboard for guests' usage. Also, there was a sink in the terrace. For our next visit, we will definitely rent this unit again.
