I booked Lemon Teee Rajkot just for 1 day to try and I am here since 4 plus days…!!
Pros:

There is nothing to dislike for this location plus amazing team lead by Mr.Sanjay at the reception. They hear you, accomodate your need, send everything you need for your comfort stay within seconds, if you are totally new to the city like me ; they even help you with itineiry. For this management; Clock don’t matter. You call anytime and help arrives. I am beyond thankful and happy for everything this Rajkot Lemon tree team has provided during my stay. Just Call Mr. Sanjay prior booking if any questions, he will arrnage it all for you. Hotel staff is super curtious. Mr. Pritam, Mr.Ankit, Mr.Wang are man of the action. You ask and they provide instantly. And off course; the very sweet lady Ms.Anita…She take her role with so much grace and passion. She even accomodate you all the way to elevators and Room. Location excellent, cleanliness at peak and tasty food! Ms. Diwa is super curtious…and Mr.Rohit will always welcome ou with Great smile…!!

The best place to stay
Pros:

The stay was excellent and hospitality was awesome, the receptionist Mr. Sanjay have assisted as in the entire stay. And helped us with the transport and local helps.

Not as good as it used to be, not worth the price
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Services were very slow, had to ring several times to ask for the same requests. Fridge in the room wasn't working, we needed the fridge to be able to store my mums medication.

Excellet stay
Pros:

The room was clean and neat, the beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

The staff wasn't supportive, we asked for getting the luggage down from our room, no one turned up I waited for 15 mins after when I came down, the guy to pick up the luggage showed up. Also, the manager out there was saying no, to everything that was being asked, when we checked-in and we asked for some help from one of the ladies to help drape the saree, and the manager was like no we won't be able to manage that, however the next day morning the other manager helped us with that request, the point is not about the help but the way he said no, he sounded rude. Anyways, my overall stay was good!!!

Pros:

Stay was excellent and the service was great and the staff are very friendly and the person at the reception sanjay was very nice to me and helped me with the room booking and documentation and he upgraded my room free of cost
