The location is exceptional, the hotel could be a bit more better. The staff are great tho.
Cons:

I believe we could have more options in the room. Funny example, there are no big mirrors in the room, unlike all hotels. You need to check yourself next to the bathroom. Options of the room service are also very limited.

Perfect for a 3 day family Bangkok time
Pros:

The executive quadruple room provided ample space for our luggage and featured highly comfortable bedding. Its location directly above the MRT and BTS transit lines makes it extremely convenient for getting around. The addition of complimentary refreshments and snacks daily was a much-appreciated touch. Also the pool and game room was super nice.

We expected more from this five star hotel and will try elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable. The hotel was just steps away from the mall. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom lighting was not very bright, thus using the makeup mirror was difficult. Taxis picking up or dropping off defaulted to the mall entrance with their apps. A 5* hotel should not have issues on where a taxi needs to go to pick up guests. There was only 1 restuarant in a 5* hotel. I wanted only a coffee and muffin, and my only choice was room service or go to the mall next door.

アソーク駅直結で移動にとても便利。ターミナル２１のフードコートが安くておいしい。プールが良かった。

الموقع ملاصق لمركز التسوق ترمنال 21 فهو مناسب للعائلات جدا

Cons:

عدم وجود أكل حلال من ضمن قائمة طعام الفندق وتم تعويض ذلك بالمطاعم الموجودة في المول وعن طريق مواقع التوصيل.
