Cons:

The hotel name is changed to aviral residency. Staff was not cooperative at all, you have to carry your own lugaage to room. bell boy will guide you to the room only. They refused to provide an extra blanket (In January they have only a double blanket in the room on double occupancy) ,and refused to provide regular water. Bucket mugs in the bathroom were broken and the wc jet was also broken. Apparently they treat every guest(even family couples also)like typical Oyo couples who take rooms on an hourly basis.
