Pros:

Staff was very friendly and even gave me a birthday cake! I was upgraded to seaview room which was fantastic.
Great location in Moda district of Kadıköy on the Asian side. Ferries to European side leave near the hotel and direct metro to Sabiha Gökçen airport.

Cons:

The rooms need little touch up (like new paint).

Pros:

Wir waren für 6 Tage in diesem Hotel und hatten eine Suite gebucht. Die Buchung erfolgte über Booking.com, der gesamte Betrag war bereits im Voraus bezahlt.
Beim Check-in wurden wir dennoch aufgefordert, ein Depot in Höhe von 300 € zu hinterlegen, mit der Begründung, dass dies im Hotel üblich sei. Das empfanden wir als unangenehm, insbesondere da die Minibar im Zimmer nicht funktionierte und keinerlei Inhalt hatte.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch gab es keine laktosefreie Milch, obwohl wir ausdrücklich danach gefragt haben.
Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das Badezimmer: Es fehlten grundlegende Pflegeprodukte wie Ohrwatte/Wattestäbchen, Shampoo oder Rasierschaum, die heutzutage in fast jeder Hotelkette zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir sprechen hier immerhin von einem Hotel der Hilton-Kette und zudem von einer Suite, weshalb wir diese Ausstattung erwartet hätten.
Leider war auch das Personal überwiegend unfreundlich und arrogant. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass aufgrund der guten Lage und der hohen Auslastung wenig Wert auf Service gelegt wird.
Fazit: Sehr gute Lage, aber deutliche Defizite beim Service, bei der Zimmerausstattung und bei der Transparenz zusätzlicher Kosten – insbesondere gemessen am Standard einer Hilton-Suite.

Cons:

-Toilet seat was stained and dirty, even after daily room cleaning service. It shouldnt be that hard to change it with a new one.
-Receptionists barely smile now, they seem to ignore even the simplest greetings. It was same for other guests too.
-Why did you stop providing toiletries? (toothbrush, cotton buds etc.) For a premium nightly price a 7$ cost of toiletries shouldn’t be a problem.
-Lastly, as far as i know im a hilton club member, reception mentioned that i dont have any records on hotel books and didnt bother to offer a solution.
