Pros:

100% recommended! I’ve stayed at Fleur de Lys several times with my family, and it’s always a lovely experience. The city center is just a few minutes away on foot. Everyone whether from housekeeping, the kitchen, or reception is consistently friendly and attentive. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The rooms are always clean, and this beautiful 100-year-old building is exceptionally well maintained, both inside and out. It’s just perfect. Thank you!:)

A não repetir.
Pros:

Arquitetura e decoração muito bonitas.
Boa localização.

Cons:

Para mim o símbolo do parqueamento está incorreto, pois o que o hotel tem é um acordo com um parque próximo mas que implica um pagamento adicional, apesar de estar nas FAQ a meu ver o símbolo é abusivo levando a conclusões erradas como foi no meu caso.
A simpatia dos empregados com quem dialoguei não foi das melhores.
Quando fiz a reserva não fui alertado para a questão do quarto ser interior, o que para quem vai em turismo não é agradável saber no mínimo se está a chover ou fazer sol.
Apesar da limpeza ser boa, estava um saco de papel com papeis esquecido no interior do quarto o que revela algum descuido.
Tomar banho foi uma aventura, com as torneiras a não estarem nas melhores condições a da água fria apesar de no lado correto tinha uma indicação vermelha e a torneira da água quente a fechar e a abrir rodava sem parar em ambas as direções.

Haben die Unterkunft noch einmal gebucht für das Ende unserer Reise
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, nur 20 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und es ist ein leckeres Frühstück inbegriffen.

This is a great location at great value for money , I would recommend. Have yet to find better beds in Costa Rica

Gute Wahl, tolle Lage und koloniales Ambiente
Pros:

Wunderschöne Terasse und Eingangsbereich im kolonialen Stil. Hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Fenster im Badezimmer und einem kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof, Kaffeemaschine.
Sehr gepflegt und angenehm. Die Terasse lädt zum Sitzen und Ausruhen ein.
Morgens ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Toll Lage: kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Supermarkt, Museen, Theatern, Innenstadt.

Cons:

Sauberkeit könnte noch ein bisschen optimiert werden, z.B. fielen dunkle Staubflocken vom Deckenventilator herunter aufs Bett.
Aber generell habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.
Das Restaurant hatte leider geschlossen.
