Hotel is a 3 star and location is very good
Hard Beds and the old train horns sound is very annoying.
The staff (Alex) was very helpful.
The room was clean and quiet
perfect location in the town center next to the national museum, good breakfast
The property is in OK area The first one was clean, but the second room was very old and third room. The floor was completely dirty, which it was the Lily right across the front desk. The guy at the front desk I was paying directly so nice and so nice with hotel.com and by mistake I paid him over. He never refunded me my money back. He never reflected in my bank account. I am coming from Miami United States the second room in the back of the bed no Internet or in the bathroom then they checking the people with a lot of noise and that guy Alex at front desk still waiting for my refund I double paidhotel.com and then I pay him directly with my credit card that man was very rude he refused to move us to another room.
Breakfast was very good nice Pitu nice variety, bread, eggs, fruits, and juices.
The beds were hard and that frint desk man named Alex, he refuses to changes our room that we didn’t got internet at the 2nd bed or far back bathroom, the breakfasts was great, best thing they have and the charm of a old Victorian mansion.!!
The 2 girls at the front desk were very nice, very friendly and professional , except for the person I mentioned before
