No AC and the train
Really liked the look of the hotel and the room that I got given was perfect - I had specifically asked for a quiet room and they gave me just that - I could not hear any street noise, just the occasional noise of other guests in the hallway. Breakfast was great, filling and I liked the options (although one of the days they didn't make any boiled eggs and I found the scrambled eggs a bit too watery for my taste, though this was a very minor issue). The shower was one of the better showers I have had while travelling through LATAM, it was overhead, powerful and hot. Wifi worked great (for working remotely) and communication with the hotel before and after was really good (they respond very quickly to messages which is much appreciated). There were a couple of staff who maybe seemed less enthusiastic, but overall interactions with staff were really good and special thanks to the cleaning staff and receptionists there during the morning/day who were helpful with my questions.

Bell‘edificio d‘epoca molto centrale con una veranda sul fronte molto ben curata. Si trova al centro e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. A pochi passi si trovano tanti ristoranti molto buoni. Colazione al buffet abbondante.
Il letto in camera era scomodo e in ferro battuto. La cassetta dello sciacquone in bagno perdeva acqua. Il personale disponibile ma non sempre simpatici.
Breakfast was very good; My room was on the top floor with a great view. I appreciated that the room was very clean! The interior of the hotel was lovely...lots of paintings, sculptures and plants. The staff during the day were so kind and helpful!! Andrew(Andreas) needs work on his people skills. I arrived late, 9:45 pm. after two long flights and he never said hello or even welcomed me. He just gave me my key and said that I was on the fourth floor. He did carry my suitcase up to my room.
Even though breakfast was good, I would have appreciated having yogurt.....I think that the towels in the room could have been better. .....they were very thin and falling apart. I would have liked shampoo too. One more thing...the hotel is advertised as having a restaurant, separate from serving breakfast and there was no restaurant nor was there a happy hour as advertised. Please correct these mistakes.
The hotel is a unique experience as its an old colonial building renovated. It has variety of rooms. The breakfast was good. The stuff was nice. We tried two rooms one was excellent but the 2nd lacked window though it has an internal balcony which was useful.
The 2nd room had no windows and no fridge.

Indican que tienen parqueo y al llegar tiene un cobro extra de $7 por día y no está cerca, se caminan 200 metros en un área poco amigable.
Only the bed, the building has potential bit needs some rennovation.
The guy at the reception was pretty rude. Ypu could hear everything in the room, which has a locked door connected to another room. Thr bathroom wasn t that clean and the shower was a mess, it was not working properly. The room was overall very small.
