Pros:

Отель очень хороший, номер дали на 3 этаже , в номере было все необходимое, очень новое чистейшее белье, удобный матрас, новые подушки , было очень комфортно и уютно, на окнах решётки что для нас очень важно, т.к. ребёнку 3 года, на следующий день сделали уборку, поменяли постель и полотенца, ещё очень вкусно пахло в номере! Обязательно остановимся ещё!

Cons:

В душе вода постоянно менялась на холодную, горячую, сделать комфортную температуру воды так и не удалось.

Показали номер на выбор, вежливый персонал, удобная постель. Душевая кабина тесная.

Pros:

Завтрак отличный, есть все чтобы вкусно насытиться, все свежее, и приятная обстановка в кафе. Номер замечательный, чисто, тепло, все работает ) наверное это самое главное, постель главное - чистая и удобная. Персонал, а за неделю я их всех увидела ) замечательный, вежливые и отзывчивые, ну правда, это было именно так. Рядом находится кулинария, это ооочень удобно, такси не ищет этот объект (не надо ничего объяснять )))), Честно скажу район этот мне не нравится, но к Алматы Арена - это самый тот отель, и хорошо, что я именно его выбрала, не подкачал, так что рекомендасьён 100%

Good hotel, but could improve a little for the price
Pros:

Location was right on the ring road for Almaty, but very convenient for us, although not in the centre. Parking was a bit of roulette, as there seem to be a lot of others taking the spaces outside, but we found spaces most of the time. The staff were great - especially our breakfast lady. The breakfast buffet was ok - not elaborate, but enough food to get you going. The room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable generally.

Cons:

The shower cubical was tiny- always bumping yourself as there's not enough room. I literally ran the water for 5 minutes or so every morning to get the warm water to come out - such a waste! Whilst they have this modern shelf unit, there was no wardrobe in the room and nowhere to set a suitcase - I put the two stools together to put our suitcase on. We were there for 5 days, so I would have liked to set my clothes somewhere. There was only one outlet in the room, other than the one connected to the fridge. We had to disconnect the fridge to boil the kettle. The breakfast was ok, but we pay 1/2 the price across the border for a better hotel and better breakfast, so the price does seem high for us. Lastly, the perfume they sprayed around reception was very overpowering - I had to get out in the fresh air as soon as I could, every day - sorry, too much for me.
