Pros:

Location was great, spa was amazing, clean and good breakfast

Cons:

Value for money - I don’t think the room is worth the price they want for peak times. We went off peak and that’s the most I would pay for the room we were in.

Disappointed
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed, good location.

Cons:

Restricted access to spa and extra costs - we weren’t informed we would have to book sessions until days before when it was too late. Extra costs for parking. Disappointing breakfast, coffee was awful. In general it felt like a leisure centre with some rooms on the side. £540 for two nights for a double room that was tiny seemed steep. In comparison to other similar 4 star resorts it was lacking. No atmosphere or feeling of any welcome.
