Pros:

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Все нравиться. Расположение прекрасное, в номере чисто, постель комфортная, белье чистое и не старое, подушка (их две, что важно) хорошая, матрас тоже удобный. Сантехника в порядке, в номере уютно. Это все, что помогает расслабится и отдохнуть. Очень приветливый персонал, помогут и проконсультируют. Одна беда, летом не всегда получается забронировать номер, занято))

Almaty bir daha gidecek olsam kesinlikle konaklayacağım yer burası olurdu.

Personelin ilgisi ve otelin konumu harikaydı

Cons:

Açıkcası sevmediğim birşey otel için yok sadece otele girişte eski bina olduğu için ürkütücü gözüküyor ama iç kısmı yeni dekorasyon yapılmış ve çok temizdi

Incredible service
Pros:

In the center of the city - very close to the subway.

Cons:

A spotlessly clean and very tidy property. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional staff. They consistently went the extra mile—anticipating needs and offering assistance with genuine eagerness 24/7 (!!!). Highly recommend! Thank you very much for your incredible service!
