Good old fashioned hotel
Pros:

The staff were kind. Good restaurants and a supermarket nearby

Power outage for a few hours; not hotel’s fault. No lift ; didn’t bother us

Excellent value and fantastic location
Pros:

A great choice at this price point. The location was fabulous and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Close to the bus to Shymbulak and walking distance to a lot of the sites.

Cons:

There was a bit of road noise, though it wasn’t bad enough to worry me terribly. It was worth it for the great location and value.

次行く時も泊まりたいホテル
Pros:

スタッフがとても優しく感じ良い。部屋も清潔。熱いお湯出る。シャワーの水圧良い。近くに24時間スーパーある。立地が良い。
私にとって行動しやすい立地でした。

Cons:

特に無いが入り口が少しわかりずらいかな？入り口は表通りではなく建物の裏側から入る感じです。

Su localización. Muy céntrico y junto a restaurantes interesantes.

Cons:

No hay servicio de limpieza de la habitación a diario. Te preguntan si lo quieres. Les dije que al primer día no hacía falta pero sí al segundo. No lo hicieron.

Pleasant stay as we like living among the locals.
Pros:

Staff team are helpful.

Cons:

One zone of the hotel is carpeted and the carpets are dated or don’t look clean.

No lift as the hotel is situated in a classic residential block and hotel is in the third floor. Staff help us to bring luggage up and down.

Pros:

Уютный отель расположенный в самом центре города. Дружелюбный персонал. Помогли поднять чемодан на 3 этаж. Сам номер очень компактный, но со всем необходимым. Чисто. Окна выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо и не жарко.

Cons:

При бронировании указывала 2 раздельные кровати, номер дали с одной. И эта кровать очень узкая. Я замерила, она всего 130 см. Поэтому спать вдвоем было не очень комфортно.

Great location and the staff were so helpful and kind. They picked us up from the airport in a really nice car and super affordable price too. Heaps of good food and cafes nearby too.

Room is very clean and value for money. Nice staff.

The location is good and close to the supermarket ( 24 hrs), the hotel is on the 3rd floors. Room is very clean and value for money. Reception staff is nice.

Pros:

Super locatie! 24uurs receptie is heel fijn, zeker omdat wij midden in de nacht aan kwamen. De kamer was toen zelfs al klaar, hoewel we pas smiddags zouden inchecken! We mochten meteen de kamer in. Verder een ideale locatie als uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Cafe bonbon beneden geeft korting!
