Incredible service
Pros:

In the center of the city - very close to the subway.

Cons:

A spotlessly clean and very tidy property. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional staff. They consistently went the extra mile—anticipating needs and offering assistance with genuine eagerness 24/7 (!!!). Highly recommend! Thank you very much for your incredible service!

Pros:

隣にスーパーがあり、飲食店も近くにあるのは良かった。

Cons:

入り口が裏手にあり分かりにくいのは、事前に調べて知っていました。大通りからも徒歩であれば入れるので、わざわざタクシーを裏手に停めなくてもホテルへアクセスできます。部屋やお風呂場に小さなゴキブリがいました。エアコンを付けると、ミシミシ音がしてエアコンが落ちてきそうで、よく眠れなかった。階段でのアクセスになるので、大きなスーツケースがあるとキツいかも。廊下にウォーターサーバーがあったのはとても助かりました。冷蔵庫の効きはいまひとつ。

Pros:

Has everything you need and nothing you don't! Cozy, clean, and comfortable, with the most helpful front desk staff. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, above multiple cafes and next door to a grocery!

Great accomodation in Almaty!
Pros:

Hotel is comfortable and has a cosy vibe to it. Heater works great and toilet has good heating too during winter. Staff are very friendly. There is a nice balcony with a view. Water dispenser everywhere. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Do note that you have to climb up the stairs to the third floor.
