Will not be returning!!
Pros:

Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Very difficult to find room in a very dark seies of corridors. Tiny room with very little space to move around and very poor layout. Noisy fan of some kind ran all night despite turning off all lights and a/c. No coventional window, only glass blocks which let in a lot of light which during the night kept you from getting back to sleep once the fan noise reawoke you.

Decadent and friendly city hotel.
Pros:

Central, convenient location.
Rooms were comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space.
Communication was great both pre-stay and during.
Breakfast hamper - granola, pastries, tea/coffee delivered to the room.
Milk and cookies was a lovely touch on an evening.

A novel experience with lots of quirky little touches!
Pros:

Quirky & different , loved the little touches like a bell for milk & cookies and a substantial breakfast basket.
Very comfy four poster bed.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

Location. Hotel was different.

Cons:

Needed a miners helmet with lamp on to see where you are going. Rooms are tiny, as is the bar area. Interested to see what God's would live there. Reassuringly expensive for no real reason

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Location was not bad either.

Cons:

The room - even though allegedly upgraded - was beyond TINY and the “double” bed was shorter than my husband and certainly didn’t fit two adults comfortably. Very dark inside the room and rather cramped. Nowhere to sit except for a hard chair or the tiny four poster bed.

A beautiful and individual boutique hotel - simply amazing
Pros:

Amazing hotel - beautiful boudoir / semi gothic vibe … intimate but vibrant bar area … remarkably quiet for such a central location - first rate staff / team - highly recommended

Cons:

No issues

This hotel was amazing, location, rooms, bar, staff, I can't say enough good about it.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and created an amazing atmosphere. Every single staff member we interacted with from the front desk, to the bar, to housekeeping people we ran into in the hall were amazing.

Cons:

The room was small, but this was well documented and the property was very transparent about it so we were prepared for that. But this could make a longer stay somewhat tricky.

Fine for a quick night
Pros:

Location is good and the vibe could be cool for couples.

Cons:

The smell all over the hotel, not bad, but smells weird.
