Pros:

This was a great hotel! The staff was amazing. Burak, Serhat, and Adem were so friendly and they took great care of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

A fost curat, dar un miros oribil în cameră.

Cons:

Nu recomand deloc, încearcă să vă bage chestii extra de plătit și ultimul ban vi l-ar lua, inclusiv pe cartela de cameră a vrut să ne ia 120 lei extra. Plus ca este la 17 minute de metrou și stația de autobuz, găsiți altceva la preț mai bun și aproape de stațiile de autobuz. Nici wifi funcionabil nu au deci nu puteți plăti cu cardul. Data trecută am stat la Ramada, același preț și nu se compară cu jegu ăsta de hotel și personal.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Doppelbettzimmer ist eine platzsparende Lösung. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

..Jedoch nur ein trockenes Brot bzw. Buagett gab es zum Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels, also wir waren mit Kinderwagen fix und fertig bis wir am Abend von Metro zum Hotel liefen. Der Essenservice hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, oft auf der Karte anders als das was dann geliefert wurde.

Cons:

Either the hotel or the reception staff are working with some kind of organized scam group. They were offering overpriced massages directly to the room, overpriced alcohol, and even tried to push an overpriced taxi on me.
The breakfast didn’t match what was promised at all – I got just a few pieces of vegetables, apples, and carrots… like seriously, what is that?
There was a sewage smell coming out of the shower and filling the whole bathroom.
The toilet was cracked.
There was no soap to wash hands.
The jacuzzi didn’t work, and a broken drain flooded the entire bathroom.
The bed sheets had blood stains on them.
The so-called minibar was unplugged and full of mold inside.
Half of the room lights didn’t work – burnt-out bulbs everywhere.
Also, the masseuse who came to my room either forgot or intentionally left her watch there. I contacted the hotel about it, but got no response. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to accuse me of stealing it.
Overall, a terrible experience. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The price-quality ratio was reasonable. Additionally, the hotel is in a good location, not far from several tourist attractions.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my entire stay. While this was manageable on my phone due to having an eSIM, it made the TV unusable and it was inconvenient to rely on my own mobile data in a hotel.

Although the location is considered strategic, the street and surrounding area felt quite unpleasant and even unsafe at night.

I was given a leaflet for 24/7 food service, but after trying it three times, I found the food to be extremely poor quality. I could not finish a single meal — the meat in particular was inedible.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The water quality was also disappointing; although it heated up quickly, it had a noticeable metallic taste and smell.

Storage space was very limited, with a very small wardrobe and only four hangers, which is insufficient for a typical stay. I had to keep most of my clothes on the floor throughout the week.

The pool was small but pleasant; however, guests are required to wear a swimming cap, which felt unusual.

Lastly, although smoking is officially prohibited in the rooms, the hallways constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. When I raised this issue, I was told I could smoke out of the window, which was confusing and inconvenient — especially since this was only mentioned near the end of my stay.
