Pros:

Kahvaltımız çok iyiydi. Serhat Bey de bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi. Yalnız olmasına rağmen oldukça iyi ve hızlı bir servis sunuyordu.

Cons:

Dışarıdan ses gelmiyordu ama otelin içinden, özellikle diğer odalardan hem çocukların hem de yetişkinlerin sesleri oldukça net duyuluyordu.

Serhat Bey 100/100 Punkten. Sehr professionell, sehr höflich. Das Frühstück vom Hotel Top, ( Serpme Kahvalti).
Herr Adem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Putzkraft sehr freundlich und zukommend.
Danke allen für den entspannten Aufenthalt.

Улучшить уборку!!Поменять странные шторы на окнах они делают номер не уютным и холодным.

Cons:

Единственное, что можно отметить положительного в этом отеле — это персонал и завтрак. Сотрудники действительно стараются помочь, за что им отдельное спасибо. Особенно благодарны за то, что переселили нас хотя бы на два дня в другой номер.

К сожалению, на этом плюсы заканчиваются. В отеле очень грязно, уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Слышимость сильная — ощущение, что живёшь не в номере, а в коридоре. Также присутствует странный и неприятный запах, который портит общее впечатление. Бассейн тоже оказался грязным, пользоваться им было неприятно.

В целом, отель не оправдал ожиданий.
