Pros:

Vielen Dank an Adem – ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, der uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat und mit dem wir uns sehr angenehm unterhalten konnten. Auch das restliche Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir das Zimmer jedoch hauptsächlich zum Schlafen genutzt haben, hat es uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Betten waren zudem sehr bequem. Auf unsere Wünsche ist man eingegangen. Wir hatten das Frühstück zwar nicht gebucht, aber sah richtig lecker aus und vielfältig.

Cons:

Einziger Mangel war der Schimmel im Bad; hier wäre eine Renovierung dringend notwendig. Sauberkeit muss geachtet werden. Sonst wäre das Hotel eine 10 von 10.

Das Hotel sieht nicht annähernd so aus , wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, total abgekommen! Es war total kalt und es wurden keine Mittel zum wärmen zur Verfügung gestellt ! Keine Heizung vorhanden und warme Luft vom Klima sei abgestellt, Betten waren kaputt und Handtücher rochen unangenehm. Ebenso die Bettwäsche. Schimmel im Zimmer und veraltete Räumlichkeiten! Mitarbeiter leider inkompetent, Haben das Hotel innerhalb von 2 Tagen aufgrund der o.g. Situationen verlassen, und mussten neues Hotel buchen und bezahlen! Das Hotel ist uns kein bisschen entgegen gekommen, nicht mal einen Teilbetrag haben die uns zurück gegeben.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und stets schnell zur Stelle, wenn es Probleme gab. Der Umgang war durchgehend respektvoll und angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Adem er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam.
