Very comfortable luxury stay close to many interesting high quality small independent shops. Great location.

Cons:

Breakfast was great but I won’t want to have room service breakfast for all my stay in Kyoto so will not stay too many nights.

Sehr schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit wirklich überdurchschnittlich großen Zimmern für japanische Verhältnisse zwei riesengroße Betten. Moderne Ausstattung das Bad war modern und sehr, sehr schön. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hätte besser sein können.

Great Stay, spacious rooms and Japanese-style bath
Pros:

Tucked off of a side street, so quiet. Spacious rooms, bright lobby, friendly staff. There are two top-notch bakeries within a few blocks walking distance from the hotel. Loved the spacious shower room and Japanese style bath.

Cons:

Some paper/tissue wasn't vacuumed properly off the carpet, but otherwise, the room was clean and spacious.
