Pour avoir passé 2 différents séjours dans cet hôtel, je le recommande absolument.
Pros:

L’espace du petit déjeuner est très beau avec vue sur le Salar. Le petit-Déjeuner est diversifié et correspond à une cuisine plus colombienne que continentale

Cons:

La chambre de luxe parfaite; son calme était dérangé par un bruit de moteur qui démarrait et s’arrêtait durant la nuit

Pros:

The view from the spa, massage, location & it was not busy.

Cons:

1. On my arrival, I ate from the a la carte menu. I thought the meat tasted a bit strange and the burger bun was burnt. The food is not great & I ended up suffering from terrible food poisoning for 3 days because their burger meat was overdue! The restaurant staff are very slow and not polite.
2. The games' room facilities are terrible! Broken equipment, filthy playing surfaces, inability to play games because there is no equipment or it is inaccessible
3. Hotel location is great, but in the evenings it is not great for viewing the stars as all the hotel lights are on bright with all the curtains open and all shining outside. There are 2x salt hotels by the main road. I stayed there 1 night and the outdoor viewing from there was much better & it was about 10x times cheaper. :)
4. Four massive noisy big black flies in my bedroom on arrival. The reception staff didn't have insect spray so I was given bed bug spray to kill the flies, which required nearly the whole can!
5. I nearly collapsed in the sauna. The staff are not trained to set the sauna/steam room temperatures. It was so high, I overheated, couldn't breathe, felt dizzy but then I struggled to leave as I could not see anything in all the steam and everything was too slippery to hold on to.
6. The en-suite showers were lovely, but again I nearly slipped on the tiles as they are very slippery when wet. Mats in the bedroom also are slippery on the tiles.
7. The air conditioner in the bedroom is loud and had to be turned off when I wanted to sleep.

The hotel feels closer to a three-star standard.
Pros:

The staff were nice, but most of them didn’t speak English。There weren’t many breakfast options, but it was fine considering the place is in the middle of vast salt marsh.

Cons:

1.The shower temperature could not be properly regulated—it was either too hot or completely cold. After maintenance, it became barely usable, but the water pressure was very low and the water could not be turned off, so four people had to shower one after another. (Two-bedroom suite with only one bathroom.)
2.The master bedroom has two east-facing windows with only sheer curtains and no blackout curtains. With sunrise at 5:37 a.m. at this high-altitude location, the staff tried their best and eventually hung rugs from the bedroom over the window and even sprayed them with disinfectant. This was not an ideal solution, but it allowed us to get through the night.

Great stay at the salar de uyuni
Pros:

Restaurant was nice and food was great.
Location. Hotel is great, well maintained, and clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Cons:

We got the suite room. The room is great, but the queen bed was hard to the point that we can feel the spring while laying down.

O hotel é um diferencial para uma experiência mais imersiva no salar!
O hotel é maravilhoso, com a decoração e acabamentos todo em sal, super confortável, ótimo café da manhã e um SPA perfeito para relaxar depois de um dia de passeio.
Além disso, o suporte e atendimento dos funcionários do hotel também foram um diferencial, foram super solicitos com tudo que precisamos!

Pros:

The location on the hill overlooking the salt flat is beautiful, easy access for tours in the morning. Staff are all really friendly and working hard for the guests.

Cons:

The place is clearly understaffed, it takes ages to get drinks and you can see them literally running for supplies with only one person on the bar. Breakfast is pretty dismal, all of the bread/pastry is very stale and hard. Only meat option is cold sliced ham. We have stayed at very much cheaper places that have put out a better spread. Overall, you pay a lot of money to stay but it doesn't feel like it.

Pros:

The quiet location outside (the very ugly town) of Uyuni.
The beautiful, sweeping view over the vast salt lake.
The very professional massage in a relaxing atmosphere.
The very varied and consistently delicious dinner buffet. The breakfast buffet was also above average for Bolivian standards.
The room (Superior) was spacious and had large windows overlooking the salt lake.
The heater / air-conditioning in the room worked properly.

Many cosy seating areas (with fireplaces) in the hotel with views of the salt lake.

Cons:

In the shower (which was otherwise fine), the water did not drain properly.
Some areas (in the room, on the terrace, in the hotel) seemed to be in need of renovation, e.g. the area under the air conditioning unit, the grouting in the bathroom and the exterior of the hotel.

Lage ist super!

Cons:

Wir sind früh angereist und hatten vorab schriftlich um frühes Einchecken gebeten. Keine Antwort. Bei Ankunft um 10:00 wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer immer erst um 15:00 verfügbar sind. Erst im Restaurant gegen 14:00, als wir um die Zimmernummer zum Bezahlen gebeten wurden, erhielt der Kellner auf Nachfrage die Zimmernummer. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Hotel überhaupt nicht ausgebucht war und uns durchaus früher ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnte. Bei den Preisen sollte man dies erwarten. Großer Minuspunkt!
