Gần phố cổ, các địa điểm tham quan trung tâm thành phố,
Phòng tầng khá cao, di chuyển bằng thang bộ nên lưu ý với những ai có nhiều hành lý
La localisation, à l'écart du bruit de Hanoi tout en restant proche du french quarter. A côté d'une rue avec plein de snack et resto (meilleur banh mi du Vietnam à 2 min!!)
Lit confortable, et frigo dans la chambre.
Check in possible en avance, très pratique.

Un poco dificil de encontrar la primera vez
L'emplacement était idéal pour être globalement au calme. Le propriétaire est arrangeant si besoin.
Le logement est confortable et spacieux mais aussi très lumineux. Le seul point négatif est le hall d'entrée qui sent fort la cigarette.
Le silence !

The stay was like being at home. I could actually live there. Excellent location with Grab rides 1-3 mins away.
Booking.com mentioned frequent NO SHOWS. I suspect because the address does not get you DIRECTLY to the house. I followed my instincts and walked down the alley way to the end where I then saw the name. Maybe it would help to have a sign on the main street pointing down the alley.➡️

Clean and well designed room and bathroom
Reception area could be better
I was searching for a nice, clean and quiet spot for sleeping but still near everything and this was the perfect spot. I cannot believe how quiet it was at night it was amazing especially after being in the crazy hustle & bustle of Hanoi all day it was nice to get back to my room and be able to get some proper rest 😍 it was an extra added plus for me to have the mini fridge and the plants and cute Vietnamese buildings and sky view outside of the window. Everything about the place really felt warm and cozy!❤️🫂
The owner is the nicest person ever also. I have stitches in my finger from an accident in Thailand and was concerned and Zalo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and let me know he’s there if I needed anything, even something for my finger 😆😍 what a kind soul!
The coffee shop at the top of the alley of the homestay is in is also amazing plus. I got the coconut gelato matcha so yum!
Fabulous location, easy walking distance to the old quarter and far away enough to be super quiet. Also very close to the lake for lovely walks. Super lovely owner / host, comfy beds, clean and quiet. A kitchen to make food, a coffee shop at the end of the alley.
The only thing that wasn't so great was the wifi - I didn't need it much as I was out and about and then just used my phone. But if you rely on it you will struggle.
