Pros:

Благодаря очень приветливому и готовому помочь в любой ситуации хозяину гестхауса Лонгу забываешь обо всех проблемах, которые могут возникнуть. Лонг ,действительно, очень старается и его усилия нельзя не оценить.
В плане местоположения- это идеальное место,если вы собираетесь отправиться на экскурсию( место сбора- Опера- буквально в 5 мин.ходьбы.)
До кварталов старого Ханоя ,озера Хоанкьем прогулочным шагом минут 15.
Недалеко множество кофеен, ресторанов и уличной еды.
Сам французский квартал,где находится отель,очень атмосферный.

На все просьбы и вопросы Лонг отвечает и решает оперативно,пожалуйста, прежде чем составить какое-то мнение, обратитесь к нему.

Good affordable accomodation in Hanoi
Pros:

Great quiet location not far from the opera house.
Host was friendly and helpful, made a real change from the grotty accommodation I had last time in Hanoi last year

Cons:

54 steps up to the room, reception had a strong smell of petrol from the small motor bikes parked inside.
Towels didn't dry the body, man made fabric totally unsuitable as a towel, so ended up using mine that I brought with me and hadn't been needed for 3 months.
The plusses far outweighed the minuses, would go back again ;-)

Restful stay down cute alley.
Pros:

The room was quiet and had a nice outlook. The location seemed really safe. The manager was friendly and helpful. He had a cute little cat. My room was definitely a good place to relax.

Cons:

I didn't like the smell of petrol in the entrance room, but that's where the motorbikes were kept. It seemed like if one lit a match, it might ignite. Someone else must have complained, so a fan was put in there. If there had been an electrical fault in that fan... Anyway, I think this matter needs to be sorted out a bit.

Pros:

Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos über whatts app. Es war ein schöner , großer Raum mt genügend Ablageflächen und Schränken. Das Bad war auch sehr groß ,mit einer getrennten Dusche. Mir wurde mein Gepäck hoch getragen. Mein Zimmer war in der 3. Etage. In der 1. Etage befindet sich eine Küche, die man mit nutzen kann. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. In 5 Minuten ist man bei der Oper und in ca. 20 Minuten in der Altstadt . Es gibt genug Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Es war etwas schwierig mein Gepäck wieder runter zu tragen. Das Bett war ,für mein Empfinden, etwas zu hart. Das waren aber auch die einzigsten Punkte.

Pros:

民宿离还剑湖不远，在越南美国大使馆隔壁的小巷里。小巷口头就有一家不错的咖啡店，我们住在四楼，没有电梯，因飞机延误到达那夜比较晚，有些疲倦，好在房东帮我们行李搬到楼上。房间蛮大，床还舒服，睡觉很安静。

Cons:

洗澡水很好。但笼头朝外向，会溢水到卫生间，比较麻烦。

Pros:

Это не гостиница, а частный дом. Хозяин прислал инструкции, как найти - без них это было бы нереально. Жил я в нем, кажется, один. Было тихо, никто не беспокоил, шума с улицы тоже не было. Все чисто, удобства в норме. Есть небольшой балкон с видом на двор.
Расположение удобное - недалеко от озера Хоанкием, но не в старом квартале. Автобус до аэропорта останавливается в 10 мин пешком.

Cons:

Я не справился с телевизором - там меню только на вьетнамском, обычного ТВ нет, только стриминговые сервисы.
Есть микроскопические муравьи, поэтому не оставляйте открытой еду и пищевые отходы. Комнаата на высоком этаже- возможно, для кого то критично.

Great location in French Quarter. Big room with big bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Next to the American Embassy. Close to the Opera House, Main pick-up point for Tours.

Cons:

Bathroom requires some repair. Shower screen requires repair as water leaks into dry area. Tower needs more drying as has the moisture smell.

Pros:

Bạn chủ nhà rất rất nhiệt tình ạ. Bạn ấy bị mình quay như chong chóng mà vẫn rất vui vẻ. Chỗ nghỉ thì sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Vị trí rất thuận lợi cho việc đi bộ tham quan các địa điểm trong khu trung tâm.
