Cons:

The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen, they don't clean anything. Bed sheets filthy and stained, the toilets black with dirt, dust and dirt everywhere. They didn't have enough blankets for us and it was freezing cold. They refused to give us a refund. This place should be shut down. Do not stay here
