El mejor hotel de Vietnam!
Pros:

INCREÍBLE TODO! el sitio, las villas, la atención, los desayunos, todo un 10!! Terminamos aquí nuestra luna de miel durante 4 noches en una de las villas con piscina y no tengo palabras para describir la atención al detalle en absolutamente todo. La decoración del hotel es increíble, le dan mucha importancia a la sostenibilidad, a la comida ecológica y se nota. No podía imaginar un hotel mejor! El mejor de los 8 en Vietnam que hemos estado con creces.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega:
1) la playa tiene algún plástico y basura
2) me ha faltado alguna actividad grupal tipo yoga,
Pilates a diario!

Beautiful resort in the middle of anywhere
Pros:

The bay is amazing. The beach and the sea beautiful perfect for 2-3 days of relax.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like was the restaurant for the dinner. Just one option Vietnamese is limited if you stay more than 2-3 days.

Amazing place amazing staff stunning location
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location. The staff were so sweet and thoughtful. Loved the late-night herbal tea sent to the room. The breakfast was flawless. Definitely recommend.

Remote, restful, and absolutely worth it
Pros:

Tucked away off the beaten track, this hotel is set on a stunning stretch of land. Our villa was right on a beautiful, clean beach—with breathtaking views straight from the bed or private pool. The villa itself was spacious, cozy, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight, featuring freshly prepared local dishes that changed daily. The staff were professional, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The property is quite spread out. While everything is technically walkable (5–10 minutes from our villa to breakfast, with some uphill sections), I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility—like bike access. That said, the buggy service was fast and reliable, and bikes may not be practical given the terrain.

Wonderful serene with kinks
Pros:

Awesome beach (but there are some jellyfish - not dangerous though). Nice facilities and great views. Amazing breakfast and general atmosphere in the hotel.

Cons:

Variety with respect to dinner was lacking. It is okay for 3 to 4 nights but after that one gets bored. Especially since there is no daily menu. The dinner is rather bland and uninspired, too (compared to Vietnamese food elsewhere). They have a beautiful beach restaurant which unfortunately is only open until 5pm. Would they open it up for dinner, it would be a great addition. The dinner problem is further elevated since there are no real other options around the hotel. Service was also lacking (in terms of buggy times and general attentiveness for details).

Perfect, beautiful with excellent food!
Pros:

We stayed for our Honeymoon and upgraded our room to a pool villa which is a must do. While the standard rooms are great, the pool villas elevate the experience further.

We absolutely loved the food during our stay, which focuses more on Vietnamese dishes than western (for us this was a positive) and has been something that stood out vs some of the other hotels we have experienced while in Vietnam.

Cons:

It’s hard to find a negative - but one thing that could be improved is staff engagement with guests, all staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming but were fairly reserved. In other hotels of the Zannier’s calibre in south east Asia we have really enjoyed engaging more with the staff leading us to learn more about the resort, our meals and various activities which makes you feel more at home.

Beautiful property worth the trip to
Pros:

Beautiful property in amazing grounds and immersed in nature. Beautiful long beach and truly amazing sea. I enjoyed the Spa treatment as well.

Cons:

I found food to be average. Service was correct if not exceptional. It missed the extra personal touch that a place like this should offer.
