First point of contact Tv was not working.
Paying extra for the pools- this should be added in as a total package even if the accommodation is more expensive.

We have to go around and look for the booth to pay for the parking ticket..

Unit AND rooms were too small, NOT as advertised; very deceiving. Toilet in unit 1731 stank! NO hand towel nor hand soap in bathroom. Only 10% of body wash & 20% of shampoo remained, instead of full bottles! China/glasses didn’t match! Wifi connection hardly usable. Parking procedures circuitous & difficult!
The resort itself was nice enough but there were no directional signs to restos, facilities, and guards didn’t know where what was where! A few of us got lost…

I felt like I was scammed. When I saw it in booking.com it said it was on promo sale with good venue coz the pictures were great. Then after I paid the booking that’s when they will tell you that, you still need to pay for the pool entrance and take note they divided it into 2 sched. 250 entrance for morning and another 250 for the afternoon. They were very smart coz it was no refund so we don’t have a choice!

Our bed had (surot) bed bugs. So what we’ve got for souvenirs were lot of bug bites! 😠

Better to put smart tv and the cooking stove not working. Other wise everything was great.

Super duper dirty room , wet floor with cockroaches and smell bad when we first open the door room. The only thing i forgot to take some pictures for evidences.

wrong information on the size (1000m2) mentioned but very small. Six people was very hard to fit in one unit. Amenities need to be paid separately and not mentioned before booking

It was quite pricey with small flexibility especially for visitors. It was a great location but the price was high and amenities were not included

There are Cockroack. Air-condition is so poor, location if quite difficult when it comes for public transportation. No shampoo, they had liquid body soap that was left over from other Rentals. Mixed with water, it was so sad. I asked for a new one but it was not provided.

The sink were slightly clogged because it drain so slow.
Utensis were limited, Good for 3 person only when we booked for 4.
There were no linens for the cot when we booked for 4. There were only 1 bed good for 2 person and extra cot with no bedsheets.
The most uncomfortable thing was the poor air-conditioning.
Will definitely not recommend this place.

Jocy (owner) was not a good host. Very hard to reach and very unorganised. i have to send email a lot of times because she hardly replies even on urgent matters. I had to fix issues and matters on my end when it was on her end (unclear photos). she is not customer oriented and quite unaccommodating. if you are hosting, you have to make sure u r always available communication wise. dont make it hard for the customers because in the end, they are customers. both rooms 1731 and 1801 are infested with cockroaches in the bathroom and living room. 1801 was dirty, the floor was very dusty upon check in, we had to clean it for the kids. in 1731, the shower was broken. i had to fix it. Most of the property security guards are friendly and very helpful except for that 1 lady guard at the booth to get swimming passes. she is lacking customer service. very unhelpful. very rude. dismissive and aggressive. she needs to be told and shown proper way to be in customer service and be helpful, instead of talking back and be rude to customers. It was my bithday yesterday , 2nd of October, and it wasnt the best birthday i must say. The entire stay could have been more organised. I wish Jocy goodluck and i hope she improves because there is so much potential in Azure.
