The room was inadequately cleaned, with visible neglect (including unhygienic remnants like condom from previous guests). Combined with the poorly ventilated, windowless space, remote location far from transit, and unexpected extra charges at check-in (contrary to Booking.com's confirmed pricing), even there was a frequent power cut and water disconnection, this stay offered no value for money."
Clean room, closer to the Hospital that I was visiting, it has a lift system.
There is no kitchen so you got to either eat out or Oder your meal, No intercom system, the name of the Hotel isn’t ‘O Red Stone’ you won’t find that in the map either instead the name of the hotel is “Hotel Star Inn”.
Another small but important thing is they don’t have Mosquito Repellent, when I ask for one they gave a burning coil, which was really difficult for my wife who already had health issues.
Property is well maintained, but was little difficult to find it when we arrived at mid night.
Nothing was bad.

Rooms are not cleaned, they have small insects and big insects in bed. I lived on night with my father. Because that my father both hands and face very swollen and red.

No cleaning in room.Too much mosquitoes in room ,smell In bathroom and spiders net all over walls curtains and in wooden racks

Staff were very lazy and non-complying. There is no facility to contact the reception from room.. It is not at all suitable for living with room. There was long electricity and water cut in the hotel.

No exhaust fan in toilet bathroom. No mirror in bathroom. Bedsheet, blanket not changed/ not clean.
