Exceptionally, on 24 and 31 December, the hotel closes its doors at 19:00. Guests will not be able to arrive after this time.

Pt déjeuner correcte, bon emplacement, pour une nuit c est correcte....

Nous n apprécions pas le manque de respect vis-à-vis du personnel devant le client.
Si remarque, en tête à tête avec la personne concernée, c est préférable.... pour tout le monde

Très bon petit déjeuner diversifié et complet
Les réceptionnistes étaient vraiment très souriantes et accueillantes
Eau chaude disponible dès ouverture de la douche
Très bien situé par rapport au Colmar Expo

J'ai oublié mon shampooing dans la douche, je vous en fais cadeau ^^
