Room is good. Not the one in pictures on booking.com, but quite similar (smaller), very clean, tidy, with a balcony, clean bathroom, AC and hot water perfect. Elevator, then a short walk on stairs (very narrow, can be a problem if you have luggage). Overall room 9/10
There's nobody at the reception when I arrived, door is closed, there's announcement about "automatic self-checkin" but ir's just a QR code for Whatsapp/Zalo where they replied "hi dear" in about 2 hours. That's... not an automatic check-in. I called their phone twice until someone appeared and let me in.
Next day I wanted to extend 2 nights more, they quoted price higher than on booking.com. I said, can I pay like on booking? They said no, said they are closed on booking.com. I checked and it wasn't true. I don't like such attitude, so I went to another hotel.

Very hard mattress and decor could do with a refresh.
Very nice hotel in walking distance from the most interesting historical places in Ha Noi - Temple of the Literature, One Pillar Pagoda. Also in walking distance are Square, Ho Chi Minh museum, Botanical gardens. Perfect place to stay in Ha Noi.
When I came back, will stay again in this hotel.

They are responsible and show effort to satisfy customers but the staff does not speak english well
Everything is good but the first staff who handled my check-in seems like new staff and could not speak english at all so my check in took so long time
