The blanket,the bed,the sink
Die Lage
Als wir ankamen, konnte uns der securityguard im Tower nicht sagen, in welchem Apartement wir gebucht haben. Über booking hatten wir nicht wie vorgesehen Infos zum einchecken bekommen. Die Managerin des Hauses konnte den Besitzer anrufen, um uns endlich das Apartment zuweisen. Er schrieb später, das sei ein Fehler von booking.com gewesen!.
Es hatte Haare in der Dusche, kein Toilettenpapier und in der Küche kein Wasser. Überhaupt hat es wenig brauchbares in der Küche, nicht einmal ein gutes Messer. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht.

The sink is very stingy which worsen my ashma even I slept the whole night

The bathroom has a lingering smell.
The Location is near to everything. You can actually walk from there to burnham and everything in between. The owner is very kind and helpful. Booked their unit twice already. IT HAS BALCONY.
Parking fee was a bit high. I expected a Php300 /night but ended up paying Php350. but all goods. Staffs there are great.

The owner was very accommodating and specially nung nagka emergency ako they allowed me to stay for an additional night with a minimal fee. A very good place to stay if you just want to have a walking distance from everything.

Location is perfect because the taxi is readily available
On the last day there is no hot water so all of us did not get a shower before checking out. The table and chairs are outside the veranda soaking wet so we have to eat standing on the kitchenette. The air mattress made me dizzy everytime I changed position, the 3 of us had to fit to the bigger bed to get some rest. There is no tissue paper in the toilet.

We did not get what we booked but another room
We didn’t like the big signs on the wall letting you know how much you would have to pay if: the sheets had a stain (which they already had), the microwave or TV was broken, etc.
You felt like at “their” mercy, since you couldn’t prove that you didn’t brake it…
The location is definitely a strong point! Being within walking distance of SM Baguio, Session Road, and Baguio Cathedral made getting around really convenient and enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, and I appreciate the effort in keeping the rooms tidy.
