Pros:

I liked that the place was very accessible to everything. Room was okay too.

Cons:

I dont like that upon entrance, the room had a smell of mold. On the ceiling of bathroom, molds are everywhere. Most fixtures were dirty. Sheets kind of smelled like used. And the bed, it was okay but its not comfortable especially the airbed used by my daughter

Als wir ankamen, konnte uns der securityguard im Tower nicht sagen, in welchem Apartement wir gebucht haben. Über booking hatten wir nicht wie vorgesehen Infos zum einchecken bekommen. Die Managerin des Hauses konnte den Besitzer anrufen, um uns endlich das Apartment zuweisen. Er schrieb später, das sei ein Fehler von booking.com gewesen!.
Es hatte Haare in der Dusche, kein Toilettenpapier und in der Küche kein Wasser. Überhaupt hat es wenig brauchbares in der Küche, nicht einmal ein gutes Messer. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht.

Pros:

Accessibility to SM mall,taxi,and close to all stores,laundry etc.
Water. Is okay but no hot water
The room has electric fan,microwave, boiling pot and glass and plates,i like it
The staff is okay

Cons:

The sink is very stingy which worsen my ashma even I slept the whole night
I was expecting that thecroom is wide for the family because it says there deluxecroom
I cannot contact the management in perdon because tyou can only talk to the front desk office wh the security personnel

Awesome.
Pros:

The Location is near to everything. You can actually walk from there to burnham and everything in between. The owner is very kind and helpful. Booked their unit twice already. IT HAS BALCONY.

Cons:

Parking fee was a bit high. I expected a Php300 /night but ended up paying Php350. but all goods. Staffs there are great.
