Spring renovation 23 March to 12 June 2026
Chalet Micheline and the surrounding road will be undergoing renovation work this spring. Unfortunately, our spa and fitness room will be unavailable during this period. Construction work will take place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
As a thank you for your understanding, we are offering a 10% discount on room rates between 23 March and 12 June 2026. The discount is already included in the rate.

Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

I like it
Pros:

We’ve really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the receptionist were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, we tried the dinner as well it was good.

Cons:

the restaurant manager and the waiters behaviour was wired, and not friendly.

Herzliche und verbindliche Gastgeber. Beste Küche.
Pros:

Das ganz große Alleinstellungsmerkal dieses Hauses ist die ausgezeichnete, feine Küche. Die Speisekarte ist famos. Ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet.

Der Außenpool ist ganz neu angelegt und sehr hübsch und angenehm gestaltet.

Das Personal und die Inhaberfamilie sind ausgesprochen freundlich und verbindlich. Eine kleine Unannehmlichkeit wurde sehr nobel und kulant gehandhabt. Hierfür sage ich gerne noch einmal herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit gutem Essen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant war sehr lecker, wenn auch preislich eher hoch, was in Gstaad allerdings nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Immerhin hat die Qualität des Essens überzeugt. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, wenn auch leicht ausserhalb des Zentrums, das jedoch in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Wir würden das Hotel in der Wintersaison wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen, doch das dunkle/schwarze Bad entsprach nicht unserem Geschmack und passte aus unserer Sicht nicht zum ansonsten schönen Zimmer. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einem Bach, was aufgrund der etwas schlecht isolierten Fenster zu einer gewissen Lärmemission führte. Mit geschlossenen Fensterläden liessen sich die Geräusche jedoch deutlich reduzieren.

Leider war der Spa-Bereich aufgrund von Bauarbeiten nicht verfügbar, obwohl die Saison offiziell erst eine Woche später geendet hätte. Dies war besonders enttäuschend, da wir das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen des Spa-Bereichs ausgewählt hatten. Wir haben dies auch gleich beim Check-in angesprochen, erhielten aber weder einen Preisnachlass noch ein Entgegenkommen. Das empfanden wir als schade, auch wenn unser Aufenthalt nur eine Nacht dauerte.

Pros:

Super freundlicher Service, Top Lage, sehr grosses Zimmer, schönes Hotel, gratis Bikes bei Verfügbarkeit, Fliegengitter bei der Balkontüre.

Cons:

Nur ein einziger Punkt: Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr schwach und die Temperatur wechselt zwischen sehr heiss zu kalt und umgekehrt.

Saanenland auch für "kleine Könige" erschwinglich.
Pros:

Wir haben zwei Zimmer für uns gebucht. Als Familie wurde uns freundlicherweise ein Upgrade auf eine Ferienwohnung angeboten – ein tolles Appartement mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Zudem wurde man auch als Spätaufsteher geschätzt und höflich bedient.
