Pros:

施設は問題なく良かったが、所謂、インバウンドで、例の『非常に喧しい団体』が入っていて嫌になった。『国際』だから仕方がないけど、もう二度と利用しない。

部屋が、思った寄り広く、タワー塔だったので、眺望が良かったです。

コインランドリーが有ればいいのと、大浴場が有れば、完璧でした。

長野駅、善光寺にもすぐで有り難かったです。

がっかりでした。
Pros:

期待しただけに、特になし。

Cons:

朝食で冷たいウーロン茶が無かった。その件でスタッフに聞いたら、無愛想に無いと言われた。
朝食が本来2200円らしいのですが、金額の割に内容がいまいちです。他のホテルの方が1500円くらいで内容が良いです。

Very nice stay in a good location with a shuttle to and from the train station. Easy walking.
Pros:

We stayed on the 14th floor. The views from this very comfortable suite were amazing. The bed was good. Staff very helpful. English, for us Americans was appreciated. The shuttle from the train station was much appreciated. Easy walking to many shrines and shopping.

Cons:

It was all good, Breakfast was ok. A buffet similar to other hotels we have stayed at in Japan. Other restaurants were ok too. The Teppanakki requires a reservation, but is lovely.
