Pros:

During our stay, we saw the housekeeping staff cleaning other rooms, and they were extremely thorough and hardworking. Although there was a small issue when we first checked in, as some trash had been accidentally left in our room, seeing how carefully the staff cleaned the other rooms made us feel very reassured. We really appreciated their dedication, and it made us like this place even more.
入住した日に少し気になる点があり、お部屋に一部片付け忘れのゴミが残っていました。しかし、滞在中に清掃スタッフの方々がほかのお部屋をとても丁寧に清掃されている姿を見て、とても安心しました。皆さん本当に一生懸命にお仕事をされていて、その様子を見てこの宿がますます好きになりました。

リラックスして、家のように過ごせた。
Pros:

メールや電話の問い合わせの対応が良い
アメリカンビレッジへは、
散歩でも車でも近くて行きやすい。
駐車場の空きが心配だったがたくさんあった。

Cons:

あえて言うなら、部屋に飲料用にコップが
欲しかった。洗濯ポールかロープがあると使いやすい。

お財布にも心にも、癒しの宿泊となりました。

良いロケーションでシンプルに、清潔に
保たれたお部屋がとても良かったです。

Cons:

慣れないチェックインで少し戸惑いました。
アーリーチェックインを了承していただいていましたが、出来ずでした。次回からはきっと大丈夫です。

Cons:

주차요금이 있다고 기재가 왜 안되어있나요
도착해서 알았는데 현금만 가능하고 왜 요금을 따로 받는건지 이해가 안됩니다
체크인 방법도 어려워 혼자 헤메고 있는데 직원들은 도와주지않고 보고 그냥 지나가더군요
그리고 침구도 뽀송하지않고 습한 느낌. 자는 내내 기분이 좋지 않았습니다
